These guys do solid work and are very easy to work with. I just finished a new build and they installed my irrigation system, graded the property (1.05 acres), laid sod, planted trees and several other nice attributes. I’m vert pleased with their attention to detail and mostly that they listened to me. We planned it as a tram and they carried out the plan to perfection. Thank you!

Extremely pleased and impressed by the professionalism, quality of the work, and pricing of our project. We installed a large stamped concrete driveway at our Kelliwood home to replace the existing driveway. We also asked for a very customized tall fence to be constructed replacing the existing fence. The fence and the driveway are the talk of the neighborhood, and we expect that our neighbors will be calling on Aesthetic for their projects!!! We look forward to using Aesthetic on future projects. I can't even explain how happy I am with my patio. It was very important to me that it was done with care because it is a part of a memory garden for my son...a place where I go to feel connected to him. I was not disappointed! The outcome surpassed my vision!!! I'm a very happy customer!

Update: Unfortunately I had to come back an update my review. After hiring for a return job, adding a pergola over the patio. I was promised that I would have electricity run to add lights. Stopped answering my calls to get an update on the timeframe it would be completed. When I called from a different number, my call was picked up and I was told I was on the list. Over a 1 later, it has not been done. The work that was completed was quality work, but not completing what was started and then ignoring me was very unprofessional and disappointing. Especially after knowing the reason for this project and what it represented to me.

This is the second time we have used this company, Rigo and his crew are beyond professional and their work is high-quality. I would recommend them and plan on using them in the future. The freeze did a number on our yard and plan on using them again for a total landscape refurbish.

We have had Rigo and team help us with multiple projects over the 2 years we've been in our home:
1) mulching 2x
2) front paver patio
3) a back poured concrete patio with composite deck, covered patio, and pergola (see the pics they posted)
4) a fence

We appreciate all of the work they've done! And we clearly keep going back for more! Communication has generally been clear, and I think we could have communicated better about timelines on the bigger projects.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS! Can't share photos because after I paid the deposit Rigo never showed up to do the work. He preferred a cash deposit, so I did that and he has ghosted me since. After speaking with a lawyer this was pointed out to me;
- Business address is a POB in the strip mall next to Costco
- Not registered with the Better Business Bureau (I filed a complaint anyway)
- Never do cash deposits - always us a credit card because I could have stopped payment on my credit card or had them contact the business to get a refund (requested a refund and Rigo does not reply)
- Always lodge a complaint with the BBB if you feel as though you have been scammed or just unhappy with the service/product (a lawyer can use the complaints to show establish character and shoddy business practices

If anyone reading this review and the service was suspect, shoddy or you were ripped off please file a report with the BBB as soon as possible

Aesthetic Landscaping Company mulched several of my garden beds and did an excellent job. They were reasonable and their work was top quality. They did not hesitate to accommodate our special requests, in fact the owner called me personally when the job was complete to make sure we were satisfied. Aesthetic Landscaping went above and beyond - book them today! We will not hesitate to hire them again.

We used Aesthetic landscaping company to resurface our patio and we are delighted with the results. Aesthetic landscaping company been a real pleasure to deal with, providing a detailed quote quickly, supervising the work and above all being very responsive and quick in dealing with any issues that arose along the way. The team was incredibly hard working and the project was started and finished on schedule. i do recommended!!!

I reached out to them early last week and was surprised to have gotten a text about my request within hours. We set up a time to go over the details of the work I had in mind for my yard, and had agreed to meet Thursday afternoon. I provided a large window to accommodate the time necessary for measurements and took time off work to meet with Rigo. The day came and it was radio silence. I used my personal time off for nothing. He still hasn't tried contacting me, and I'm not sure what the problem is. I hope whatever happened that no one is hurt or anything, but I'm really disappointed because this company was one I was really excited to work with.

After a horrible experience with another contractor, I contacted Aesthetic Landscaping for a re-do that included demolition of a terribly poured concrete extension to my brand new pool decking. Rigo was kind and determined to make it right! He has an incredible team and they were very mindful of all the small details, including my pesky puppy that kept running out into the yard while they were working. We had a couple of hiccups with the weather and sourcing sod, but at no point did I feel abandoned or neglected because Rigo was very responsive. Every member of his team that I spoke with were very considerate and wanted my thoughts on if they were executing my vision. I have some more work to be done this spring and I will definitely be working with Rigo and his team again.

Rigo and his team did a great job adding a patio and fire pit to our back yard. Rigo was especially patient with my concerns about placement and they nailed it. High quality work and best part - very reasonably priced!

This is a great company with very professional employees. They arrived early in the morning and got right to work. They completed the work and cleaned up the work area when they were done, leaving it neater than before. The quality of their workmanship is very high and it is obvious that each team member takes pride in their work. I highly recommend this company and I will use them again without hesitation. Rigo and his crew were amazing. They were the easiest group with whom I've ever worked. Even in the 100 degree weather they worked at a fast, but meticulous pace. It was clear that they love what they do and took great pride in the finished product. Rigo helped to solve design issues and picked pavers and gravel that more than met my vision. I am so grateful for this company. Can't say enough praise.

Rigo was very responsive. He provided a quote the same day I contacted him, and his team started the job the very next day. This crew was hired to redo shoddy work by a different landscaping company. Rigo's team did a fantastic job! They provided a decomposed granite walkway to help our guests get from the driveway to the front door, and extended our center porch by adding large pavers. They were professional, knowledgeable, and experienced.

I also contacted Aesthetics for some projects at my property and gave Rigo money in advance as he requested. Mid way they stopped showing up and didn’t finish the projects. I had to hire another company to complete the rest but they had to redo (fix) what Aesthetics did. Bad investment with this company. Do not hire them and keep your money.

Initially I was very hesitant in using a company that requires a deposit up front. Most BBB companies do not require this. But I reluctantly put up the deposit. Rigo came out and showed me what my previous fence company ( whom I will NEVER use again ) had did incorrectly. He did an awesome job! I would use him again and refer him to my friends.
