If you have a small job, like taking out a single tree from your property, don’t waste your time with these guys. No call, no show on 2 different days, even after I was flexible enough to change the date. The company owner blamed it on an “inconvenience” but it was more likely that he had a bigger job that would pay him more. The first time they came for a bigger job, they took out a hedge in my backyard, and cut through my cable line and gave me a weak apology but at least they showed up that time, LATE. I will never do business with this company ever again. You’ve been warned.

Great business! Easy to communicate, fast responses, they came out same day I respond to estimate. Job was fast, efficient, and looks great! Very clean. Bonus, they recognized and left my wild watermelon patch unharmed! Last lawncare company hacked it up. Price was also extremely fair. For first run at 1.5 acres overgrown by a month, they beat competitor estimate by 40%. Weekly service cost is on par with others. Very happy with price and service overall, particularly the good communication, speed of service, and ease of payment (venmo, zelle, cashapp, and invoice were all available!)

Hugo and his team did a very nice job trimming my tree; however, the job was not fully completed. They were supposed to trim the tree and remove a portion of stump that was coming up from the ground. Hugo mentioned they would return within 30 days to remove the roots/stump. After 60 days passed I noticed the stump had not been removed. Unfortunately, I paid upfront for the full job, and my subsequent text asking about the removal of the stump went unanswered.

I’m giving three stars because the initial tree work was done well, but the job was not completed as discussed.

Update 3/24/26: I’m updating this review to 4 stars as Hugo and his team returned to remove the stump.

After the hurricane last year our family had a tree fall in our backyard. They were very friendly and gave us a good quote. The job was finished in a day. Would totally recommend for your tree or landscaping services!

Hugo and his team safely removed a crepe myrtle that was damaging my gutters because it was too close to my house. They took great care to make sure the stump was ground down and the landscaping and wires surrounding the location would not be marred. Excellent communication and professional work!

Hugo, owner Tactical Lawn & Landscaping LLC did a great job for our property at 18586 Summer Hills Blvd, Porter TX 77365. It needed alot of work. Lanscaping, removing trees, stumps and most of all installing a brand new driveway. His company did a great job and was able to do additional work on the fly when asked. Good job Hugo!
