Found JR's via Google search. I scheduled a free estimate and received it same day. Price was reasonable so I setup my online account and paid for service on a Friday. Monday morning the crew arrived to cleaned and mulch my beds. They did quality work and were finished within an hour. They even put all my garden decorations back in place. Thank you JR's for a great customer experience.

JR's Lawn Service is one of those services that you can set and forget. They always show up on time and do a great job. If you don't need service one week (e.g. a drought killed all your grass) then you just let them know and the office staff will cancel service and not charge you for that week. They keep things simple and straightforward, I couldn't recommend them enough.

I would not use this company, nothing but problems from the beginning. I was double charged for the deposit and first service charge, had to call them to get them to refund that money. They cut my lawn shorter than I wanted, it looked scalped to me, so I cancelled my service. Then when I cancelled my service I had to hound them to return my original deposit, they kept saying that they already returned it, yes, they returned the second one which I was wrongly charged, but they still owed me the original deposit. Then they said they returned it but didn’t actually. I finally got my deposit back almost 2 months after I cancelled my service.

Bottom line: Their accounting sucks. I hired the service to give me more free time, however I spent more time trying to fix their accounting errors that it wasn’t worth it. I would NOT recommend anyone use them.

I have used JR's Lawn Service multiple times on my flower beds for weed removal, maintenance, mulching and even planting, for over a year now. They always go the extra mile and I have even seen them out working late at my house until dark during the evening. They always pay attention to what I am asking for and so far I have had a proposal back to me within 24 hours, all for a reasonably priced services; that is pretty impressive and I am very appreciative of that. I will continue to use them for my flower beds and will highly recommend their services.

Originally had the company install grass in back yard which was done for around 1.5k. Next was weekly maintenance, that was their downfall. They are not consistent on the day when they come out to service which is an issue because I remove the lock on my fence for them to do the backyard. When they do show up sometimes they do the front yard then a day later do the back yard. Very rushed they are at my house for 4-6 minutes and the work shows. A lot of missed spots constantly plus accidental double charges sometimes. Last service they destroyed my sign in the yard (verified by my outside cameras). The individual destroyed it, looked at it for a couple of seconds and just moved on. No notification on my door or anything just business as usual as if nothing happened.

To sum it up, when you call the ladies are very nice and professional. Consistency on service dates lacks and the service itself and the individual servicing the lawn are terrible. Destruction of my property with no remorse and notification was my last straw.

I would recommend instillation of grass and that’s about it.

Up to today J.R.'s has been caring for my lawn for almost 10 yrs and I have been very (5 star) satisfied & JR has done a great job with several landscaping projects. But as a loyal client, today I feel they have dropped the ball. Last Friday I requested an appt with a landscape estimator for today & was given no arrival window. At 8 this morning I asked if they could be here before noon. He agreed, but finally called at 11:35 to say someone would be here in 20 minutes (11:55). I consider this a no show. Apparently JR doesn't need my money.

Had a wonderful experience, and they did an immaculate job. Our lawn equipment broke down and they took great care of our yard while we were fixing it. Their online process is very simple and easy to follow as well. They went above and beyond.

Paid for ground leveling and sod. They were able to get the Zoysia I wanted. Very pleasant to talk to. Easy to schedule. Great price, great communication, great company. Installers truly went above and beyond!

They did my fence and a few weeks laters the gate started to bend. Messaged the guy name Richard multiple times and he never responded. Also I was told by another fence contractor that the gate is installed incorrectly and was done with no experience.

Avoid.

The mower guys that mowed the this past week really did a great job of mowing mowing, weed eating and edging our lawn. We were very happy. This has happened every time since we have been with J R's Lawn Service.

Destroyed flowers and plants in my beds with roundup, invoiced and was paid for services that weren’t provided. Never came to fix or complete their work. Their body or work tells me that they aren’t going to replace the plants they destroyed or sprinkler valve boxes, or giant ruts left in my yard. Came up with some excuse to not refund my full deposit. At this time, it is cheaper to get rid of them than to keep them. With so many other lawn care companies out there, keep moving to the next one.

I can’t say enough good things about J.R.’s Lawn Service and Landscaping. They’re one of those rare companies that truly take pride in their work. From the moment they arrive, the team is professional, efficient, and clearly cares about delivering exceptional results.

We asked Lindsey’s Landscapes to build a pergola for our back yard. Working from a rough sketch, they came back with a design that exceeded our expectations. The end result is absolutely stunning. They also removed an old tree, put sod where it had stood, and then planted two large Pindo Palms in the adjacent flower beds. They left the yard in immaculate condition when they were done. We are thrilled with the results.

Travis and team did a great job completely transforming my front flower beds as well as fixing my irrigation system and adding some additional sod. I waited to post this review to make sure the plants survived, and my big tree in the front yard did not die as they dug around the roots. Everything still looks great six weeks later. thanks
