I like this place. The family that runs it is very sweet. They’re really helpful and the product I get from there seems to be great quality and they load me up with it. I return every year because if it’s location and how the family is kind every time.

Javier Serrano and his team made our backyard dreams come true! They were creative, responsible, responsive, and gifted. We had a big project-Javier finished on time and the project is beautiful! I highly recommend working with this company!!!

They deliver. I needed to reschedule for a later date, called first thing in the morning. There was not a fee. The price is reasonable for crushed granite per yard.

My go to spot for dirt, compost, mulch and stones. Nice rock borders as well.

My go-to landscape supply store! Price, customer service, willing to deliver at a very reasonable price. They accept cash/Selle payments. They are customer oriented & willing to give an estimate on the materials needed, depends on the kind/size of your project.

I normally use living earth, but they closed early today so I decided to try out Serrano. Best move ever. They are super friendly, I feel like the quality of the dirt was great AND their prices were great!!! I’ll definitely be using them in the future 😀

Great products and super friendly people. I got exactly what I needed for a fraction of the cost. They even helped me load up and made sure I was safe to go on the road.

If you purchase material from this place I suggest you wait there and personally watch them load your material to ensure you get what your paying for!!!!! I thought I was being nice supporting a local small business when I made this purchase but I was completely wrong!!!!! I went in person to look and pay and was told they had some orders ahead of mine to deliver first. I ordered 6 yards of bull rock so it came with free delivery within 3 miles. Tell me why my order is mixed with several yards of small crushed rock and dirt!!!!! I paid for 6 yards of bull rock and clearly this is not all bull rock and this Serrano Landscape Supply does not operate on the honor system!!!!! I would not refer this place to anyone!!!!! Spend the extra few dollars and drive down to Dixie Farm Rd where there is 3 more places to do business with. I work to hard for my money to have some irritated young woman rip me off!!!!

Family owned business. Good communication and the product was exactly what I needed. I ordered 5/8 gravel for the front and side yard. They delivered and installed 3 cubic yards in an hour. Cheaper than most places for install and delivery.

We spent over $2400 on landscaping rock, gravel and installation of the gravel pathway and patio surround pictured in our backyard. As you can see the correct weed/grass barrier was not installed underneath the rock/gravel and has left grass and weeds growing through the pathway and flowerbeds. I reached out to this company NUMEROUS times in attempt to correct this issue. I told them that I think the job needs to be re-done using the correct type of barrier. He insisted they would try another method. They came out twice and sprayed grass killer on top of the rock/gravel. As you can see from the pictures I took today, that did absolutely nothing. I told them I needed this issue fixed before Christmas, as I had family coming in town. They never came back or tried to resolve this matter and it’s almost March now. I have not heard back from them. Now we have to pay another company to come fix this mess. A waste of time and lots of money. I will be contacting the BBB as well.

Serrano Landscaping has been maintaining our grass, flower beds, trees and shrubs since we moved to Pearland in 2014. We have always been happy with the service. They are dependable like clockwork. Whenever I ask for something specific like new flowers or shrubs planted, they take care of it. I highly recommend them.

I am giving this 2 stars instead of 1 start due to Serrano giving me a refund for a portion of my order. I ordered topsoil for my lawn and was told it would be average dirt with some grass clippings and mulch. What I got was soil full of stones (large to small stones), multiple clumps of useless clay, and some weed fabric mixed in between the soil. Pretty much I spent 5 hours spreading the dirt where the bulk of the time was spent going through every shovel of dirt to remove these stones which can damage the lawn and lawn equipment. I thought not to post a review but this got ridiculous where I was getting stones every 1 or 2 shovels of dirt.

Good service people but their product quality is crap (see the pics with the stone pile in "dirt")!

Great customer service. Professional and responsive. The crew did a good job on shaping and trimming my shrubs. The first picture is “before” and second picture is “after”.
