Wow. . . pretty unprofessional. If I’m paying for a service, I expect it to be done. All of it. I hired these guys to do my lawn, and they tried to leave without completing the job. First and last time I’ll use them.

Due to the assigned crew members becoming ill, the office manager moved other crew members in order to have enough workers to accomplish the lawn maintenance in one day. Very pleased with the appearance of the front and back yard flower beds. I would use them again.

these people allowed my dog to run away and die and waited 30+ minutes to tell us. My dog is dead because of them. do not recommend (this is not false i have video evidence)

In addition, this company has lied about cutting wires outside my moms house leaving her without AC and wifi for several days.

Instead of admitting to mistakes they say people are lying as a way to make themselves look better.

I am still on the edge of suing for (who the contract is under) for not immediately informing my mom that they allowed my dog to run away (again they waited 30 minutes to when she allegedly did) which was enough time for her to get hit about 50 yards from my house. (also my cameras did not show her running away but did show the car driving to where her body was found)

If you want a yard company that takes bo accountability for theor actions and silences you when you have problems choose these guys.

I asked them to come out and provide an estimate for some work and the guy didn't let me know he was at my house and refused to come back so I could discuss with him what I'm looking for. Wasted time!!!! Look elsewhere!!! Unprofessional!! I will be looking elsewhere for services!!!

I can't seem to figure out how to reply to the owners response. But calling me a liar should be a CLEAR indication to EVERY potential customer the kind of folks you are dealing with.

You called me at 11:17am to say the person providing an estimate would be at my home in 8 minutes. Per my conversation with the person who answered the phones, I wanted to speak with the person who came out to provide an estimate to discuss details on what I'm thinking and get feedback. He didn't knock on my door or call again to see if I would come out of my house to meet him. I had no idea he was even here!! The quote given to me isn't even what I asked for either. I told the lady on the phone that I am ONLY interested in flower bed details, not mowing of grass but the estimate includes that!!

Unprofessional and rude (again proof is in the owners comment by calling a customer a LIAR!)! BEWARE AND STAY AWAY!!!

We used this company for about 6 months
They were always on time and if we ever had an issue we called Maricela in the office and she was able to communicate and resolve the issue immediately. They came on time at 7:30ish in the morning, got the job done and came every two weeks like clock work.

Negative stars, worst customer service of all time. This company is over priced, poor performance, and terrible customer service. Upper management takes no accountability. DO NOT use this company.

We were needing a lawn service for summer care: mowing, edging, etc. The JR's crews are prompt and do excellent, quick work at a fair price. Something we really love is their online customer portal. Not only is this a convenient way to pay your bill and see when your mowing is scheduled, but it's also easy to add those seasonal services like leaf raking and bed cleaning. You simply type in the requested service and submit the ticket, and a rep from JR's will come by and estimate the cost, then put it in the portal for you to accept or deny. Most of these services are estimated without having to interact with a rep in person -- VERY convenient. This has been a great find for summer yard care, and they offer a lot of other services as well. Be sure to check them out.

I want to say what a wonderful job the company did. I hired them to trim a tree in my front yard that was drooping almost to the ground, and to trim up my hedges. I wasn't expecting the results. The tree looks amazing, and the hedges are great also. I have been using JRs Lawn Service for many years just for lawn but also for a couple of other jobs as well. NEVER disappointed. I highly recommend the for you lawn care or yard card need.

I scheduled an estimate for a flower bed cleaning and for a small bush to be removed and mulch to be added. No estimate was ever given nor was a follow up given. I made this appt 2 weeks ago and now they are here to do my landscaping but can’t do the mulch or remove the small bush because I have to accept the estimate via e-mail which still hasn’t been sent. The lady on the phone claimed that due to two other secretaries that no longer work there that the e-mails may have have not been sent to me.

I have been a customer for two years and they are not consistent with the level of professionalism needed when dealing with this and other issues I have reported. I will look else where for landscaping services.
