The carpet came out great, I needed a bed room cleaned and enzymes sprayed to eliminate dog funk . Great communication, easy to book , contacted 20 min before arrival. Explaining the process and some advice around keeping my carpets clean and fresh between renters . I will use again for all my flooring and cleaning needs around my personal residence and rentals. The service was good - the person who came helped move smaller furniture and was very accommodating. But not sure if the truck mount carpet cleaning system is in good condition. I have used similar service for my home and often it’s completely dry.in 4 hours max. But it’s been wet for more than 8 hours!

I needed the carpet cleaned in my mother and aunts house. My mother had several stains on her carpet from spilled food and drink and my aunt had a ton of dog hair and odor from the dog. The first time through, my aunts rooms came out perfect and smelled and looked wonderful. My mom’s room was also okay but as it dried we noticed a stain popping back up. I sent an email to ask about it and if there was anything they could do about it. Jetty responded immediately and sent their tech Chris back out to redo the stain, no extra charge. It came out the second time, and we were very satisfied.

I'm 2 weeks away from having my baby boy and I wanted a maid service to come in to get it super clean for me. I hired maid pros and they just finished the clean today and did an AMAZING job! My husband and I are very pleased with the results. Baseboards, a/c closet door, windowsills, fans and furniture are spotless! My kitchen cabinets and appliances are spotless! I'm a very picky person especially being 2 weeks away from birth and they did a great job. Customer service was great on the phone and the ladies were very professional as well in person! I left to get lunch and came back to a spotless home. Thanks Alayna and Eva I will most definitely ask for you guys next time!
