Pearland Sparkling Pool Service replaced our Polaris pool cleaner timer, and Braden, the service supervisor, quickly scheduled the install and follow-up visits when the pump had cycling issues. At first the new timer corrected the timing problem, and when the pump later would not turn on, Braden sent John and Nolan out promptly for additional pool equipment service. After a few visits and another timer replacement, everything was working properly and the system was running as it should. We also had our pool light replaced before, and we were very pleased with the quality of the repair, the clear communication, and the fast response. They did a great job keeping our pool equipment operating reliably in the Pearland heat.

After trying several pool service companies and still not getting our pool water clean and clear, we were really frustrated. He explained possible causes, reviewed the chemical readings with us in simple terms, and came out to inspect everything in person. There was no sales pressure at all, just honest advice and professional pool service. They adjusted the pool circulation, helped us better understand basic pool chemicals, and cleaned the filters thoroughly. Within just a few days, the water looked crystal clear and balanced, even with the strong Texas heat making pool care more challenging. We were so impressed that we called again later for a few pool repairs, including loose coping tiles, new mastic work, and fixing the waterfall wall. Braden and Geoffrey were responsive, careful, and easy to work with. They followed up on the work, answered our questions, and made sure everything was handled the right way. It really feels like they care about keeping the pool looking great, running smoothly, and staying swim-ready. We are very happy with the service and plan to keep using them for all of our pool maintenance and repair needs.

We have nothing but praise for John at Pearland Sparkling Pool Service. We called for help with several pool cleaning and equipment issues tied to our Pentair IntelliCenter, and these problems had been going on for a long time without being fully fixed, even after other pool service companies had looked at them. John did an excellent job troubleshooting everything, explaining the system in simple terms, and getting the pool running the way it should. He was knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and very patient with all of our questions. He really went above and beyond with great pool service, clear communication, and careful attention to the equipment and overall water care. Our pool now feels much easier to manage, cleaner, and in much better shape.

I recently purchased a residence that was previously serviced by Chad's Carpet Care. After moving into the residence, a very strong pet (dog) odor was immediately noticed. I made it bareable by placing Scentsy electric candles and carpet deodorizer in the entire home, also going to Petco, purchasing an expensive pet odor so called eliminator.

I then figured I would call Chad the owner of Chad's Carpet Care, who had been previously hired to clean the carpet by the previous home owners for the sale of the home, as it was agreed before going to "Closing" (purchase).

I spoke with Chad and explained the complaint. He advised he would come out to my home that same day, which he did as he had said. Chad and his employee accessed and validated the complaint. Chad and his assistant cleaned and deodorized the carpet again, making it pleasant.

I truly believe if all businesses valued their customers as Chad, there would be a lot more happier customers!

We spent several hours and used 4 different concoctions trying to figure how to clean the tile and grout in our house. It was a very labor intensive process (i.e. hands and knees) on a 2' x 2' section in one of our bathrooms ... with less than stellar results. We decided to call Chad's Carpet Care to give them a shot at the title. Yesterday, their technician, Zack, cleaned all of the our floor tile - kitchen, pantry, laundry room and 2 bathrooms. Fantastic service, unbelievable job and a great price. It's nice to, once again, see clean tiles and to see the same color grout lines in the floor tile as we see in the kitchen back splash tiles that have never been walked on. We'll have them back out in about 10 days to seal everything up.

Was able to get a quick, reasonable quote. They were able to work with my schedule, offering times during the week and the weekend. My carpet was SO much cleaner when Zack left and he was able to get out some challenging spots. Will definitely use again in the future.

Shout out for the great job Chad's Carpet does for us at Trinity Oaks of Pearland. He's been cleaning our facility carpet regularly for years and does a wonderful job. Any time we need a last minute cleaning in a residents apartment he is always so accommodating. Thanks for the great years of service!

My daughter spilled cereal milk ALL OVER my microfiber theater seating before school one day, and I could NOT get it cleaned out of the cushions. I called Chad's Carpet Care and they were at my door within 2.5 hours and fantastically cleaned all 3 chairs. It was only $25/chair and Zach, the technician was very polite and accommodating. I was very pleased with the service and the ease of the transaction and their speedy turn around time, great job!
