Joe is very unprofessional. I caught him in a lie, said he swept pool when asked, and when I told him I have cameras, he back tracked. Majority of the time he leaves the pool not clean. Today he left the hot tub green. When I sent him a picture and asked what was going on, he said he just did not know. Joe would go 10-12 days between cleans and then come back 4 days later. Never consistent. Wish I could leave pictures of how he left the pool and hot tub today. Absolutely horrible.

Great to work with for pool service. They came out for a pool drain and acid wash, and while checking everything they noticed the gears in my pop-up in-floor cleaning system were not working right. They completed the acid wash, power washed the calcium buildup off the tile, and replaced the gears so the cleaning system runs much better now. The pool looks clean, bright, and refreshed, and I really appreciated the extra attention to detail and helpful communication throughout the visit. I would definitely use them again for any pool maintenance or repair needs.

I found a huge colony of Texas fire ants nesting in my chimney base while cleaning out the fireplace. I was terrified to start a fire and have them swarm the house, so I called SPR for a professional chimney sweep.

The technician explained that this is common in Pearland when it gets too wet outside. He vacuumed out the entire colony and all the debris without using any harsh chemicals in my living room. They also finished a full chimney sweep to make sure the rest of the flue was clear.

I made a mistake and used chemical cleaning logs too many times. They left a sticky mess inside the chimney and blocked the air. SPR in Pearland came to fix it. They had to scrape the sticky stuff out by hand before cleaning the chimney. They were very nice to me about my mistake. Now my chimney is clean and safe to use.

I finally scheduled a chimney sweep for SPR Dryer and Chimney after meaning to do it for years. It was easily scheduled and they came right on time. The technician was very friendly and worked quickly, and didn't leave a mess, either. I appreciated that he broke down his findings in layman's terms. I'd call them again for sure.
