Excellent job by Chad’s carpet care. Prices reasonable and they called ahead to confirm it would be ok to arrive early. Quality of the work was beyond expectation! There was an old stain in a house we recently purchased - who knows how long it has been there - that the technician took excellent care to remove completely. Entire job was done in a timely manner with excellent results. Very impressed and will definitely recommend!

Awesome Awesome Awesome! I recently had my carpets cleaned and I am very pleased! Chad, the owner, was very responsive prior to the appointment and made himself available to answer all my questions. He also provided transparent pricing, which I really appreciate! Zack, the technician, was also great and very nice! The process was fairly quick (about an hour), but the quality of the work was not sacrificed. At the end, he explained what should and should not be done while the carpet was drying and provided explanations for spots that he was not able to get out. I will definitely be recommending and using this company again!

Outstanding customer service. Chad answers calls himself, he reviewed the carpet cleaning process thoroughly with details and an upfront price estimate. Zach was very professional, he even arrived 15 minutes prior to our scheduled time and got right to work. He took the time to hear my concerns and inform me on what the process would be. 3 rooms were cleaned within an hour time span. Chad himself also came out to ensure quality work was delivered; he also took the time out to give me tips on carpet care ensure our carpets were well taken care of. Both of these gentleman were very thorough, professional and kind. Would definitely recommend Chad's Carpet Care to anyone looking for floors to be professionally cleaned.

Chad carpet cleaning services was the best! Our carpet was messed up due to a plumbing issue. I told Chad that this was an emergency and he was able to work me in the same day. He even came earlier than the schedule time.He was very professional and knowledgeable on how to maintain the carpet. He was also able to work around my three small kids. Overall, I work give him a 5 start rating and I will be using him in the future. I also recommended him to my neighbors and co-workers.

These Guys are the best! My dog had an accident this morning and left a mess on my carpet. I read the reviews about Chads company and decided to give them a try and thank goodness I did! Chad was very professional and was able to accommodate me today. The tech Vat was on time very nice and professional and he did an awesome job! He left my rooms looking new and smelling clean! The stains are completely gone, literally like nothing happened. I appreciate Chad and Vat for accommodating me on short notice and doing a great job! Definitely recommend and They have great pricing! Will definitely use them in the future!

Scheduling an appointment was quick and easy. I had my carpet cleaned and the tile/grout cleaned. The tile/grout looks wonderful. Super clean and white. The prices are reasonable and will definitely use them again.

Almost threw out my couch from my apartment but opted to use in a spare living space at my new place. Chad’s Carpet came out and cleaned it and it’s like new. The couch was high quality but 5 years old. Didn’t think it would come out as good as it did. Very impressed and will definitely use again. Honestly regret not calling them sooner. My tech Adrian was great!

Houston Area Pools replastered and retiled our pool. They did an amazing job and we could not be happier. Great price, quick service and clean work. They are our 'go to guys'!

I had a similar experience as Kim's. This company does not do the job. They don't regularly/completely sweep the pool, chemicals are not dont correctly, and they are inconsistent with their schedule/will be days late. Then they promise to correct mistakes and dont...stay away.

Jared and Matt are great! They were quick to come out and help us get our pool back to sparkling. We were so happy with the work we kept them on for monthly pool service. Worth every penny!
