Fantastic customer service. I kept having to reschedule at the last minute because of my own issues and they were super gracious and accommodating. When I was finally ready, they came in and did an amazing job on both our carpet and tile floors.

Edit: Used PCC again and all rugs came back perfect. They were clean and dry, and the price is the best around.

Was very surprised when I got my rug back. Charlie seems like the local professional, but our area rug came back smelling like mildew and sprinkled with little leaves. It's also sticky to the touch. I'm not sure this was dried correctly. The runner rug came back fine, though, not sure what happened.

Great company and great prices. I was so pleased with the work they did in my home! They cleaned the carpets in my entire home in about 40 minutes, and they look brand new again. They were very friendly while they here. I will definitely use them again down the road!

Such a pleasure to deal with! I was able to book an appointment quickly and at a time that was convenient for me. They showed up on time and worked quickly! Prices are very reasonable, and there were no hidden costs or fees like you get with so many other companies. The carpet looks brand new! I was going to post a picture, but as soon as they left the dog left muddy paw prints on it... Figures. But since their prices are so affordable, I'll be able to have them back to clean them again soon.

Best company! I’m a local Realtor and my clients use Pearwood pretty often. I’ve been recommending them for about 7 years now. They also clean at my own home here and there for a little refresh. Today I reached out to Charlie in the early afternoon and he was able to come within several hours. We’ve been dealing with the tummy bug from my son and on top of all the laundry I didn’t want to shampoo the rug as well. One room leads to many…and then to a backache. lol.

I'd highly recommend using Pearwood Carpet. They were very professional, did a great job of pre spotting the whole carpet and carpets are amazingly clean. Pricing was about 40% of national brands. Plan to use them to clean our tile grout at a later date.
