Charlie, in particular, went above and beyond - he thoroughly explained the HVAC check-up process. I'll definitely be back for my heating and cooling needs. We've been using Dalton for about 4 years now and are pleased we chose them. Supporting local businesses is important to us. Their technicians arrive on time, are friendly, and do quality work. Specifically, I want to commend their performance this week. We had a scheduled maintenance visit set for Wednesday but the old compressor gave out after only 15 years of service. The tech explained what went wrong and presented options and costs. By Thursday evening, our new system was up and running. Given my positive experience, I'll continue to use Dalton and would definitely recommend them to others.
