Master Air and Owen were awesome. My elderly mother just had surgery and her thermostat went out during a cold front. They were able to come out within a couple hours. Owen was knowledgeable about the situation and, more importantly, didn’t try to upsell us. He fixed the problem and was on his way in 30 minutes or so. Everyone I spoke to was more than friendly, which is a bonus!

Our air conditioner broke down on Friday night...and we knew it was a matter of time...we reached out to Master Air on Saturday morning and explained our issue ... He came over that same night, explained the issue. We needed a new unit, which we were aware it was a matter of time 😞.... Easy process, finances and explanations..and by Monday morning we had a new unit and we slept comfortably!!! We're so happy and pleased with all his knowledge, patience and dedication he gaved us! Thank you Joey, we appreciate you 🙏
