Pearland Plumbing Co went above and beyond my expectation with their friendly customer service, quality work, and fair price. Travis responded professionally and quickly so that my new kitchen sink and faucet with disposal was installed the same day within a few hours. Fabian is a knowledgeble master plumber and answered my other plumbing questions too. I will use them again!

Did an awesome job! Fast, reliable, and friendly. Have used multiple times over the years and definitely recommend them to others. Always reasonably priced. Had a leaky faucet, got that fixed, noticed a little dampness at the base of my toilet, they put a new seal and fixed it, no problems since.

Had an emergency on a Saturday (2 days ago). My son woke up and saw water leaking from the ceiling in the bathroom closet. Shut off the main. Travis arrived with the hour and had everything repaired and hour after that.

He didn't stay and help with the dishes or the laundry, but at least I was was able to get those done with the water turned back in and no leaks. 😁👍 Thank you sir!

Came promptly and fixed a water leak for a reasonable price. Another company quoted me over 3 times the amount they fixed it for. Their plumber, Travis, was friendly, helpful, and honest.

Shower wouldn't shut off and me calling myself fixing it snapped the cartridge off in the wall. Travis answered the phone, asked a few questions, gave me the "best/worst" case scenario, told me what parts to get as it would be cheaper, and was here within an hour. Job ended up landing on the "best case" side. Thanks Pearland Plumbing for the quick response and quality service.

I will give Travis kudos for coming out just after Beryl hit. We have family members that are great plumbers but they were tied up, dealing with their own issues. The winds from Beryl caused our fence to fall on our water main line going into the house, causing it to break. Travis came out and fixed it the next day. We didn’t have power but at least we had running water again. He charged us extra stating that the fix was stronger and would hold better. I later showed my nephew - who is a master plumber - a photo of the work, and he said we were overcharged. But again, at least we had gotten our water back on.

About a month and half later, I used my water hose for the first time, which is attached to the water main line. And as I watered the lawn, I heard a snap and gushing water. The repair Travis had made broke. I rushed to turn off the main at the street.

Called Travis and he said he would try to make it. Nephew was out of town also. Thankfully a dependable handy guy was available. He came by that night and fixed the issue for less than half Travis charged and didn’t use all PVC. And unlike Travis, he told us to wait a few hours to let the adhesive dry. Later that day, Travis texted me and said he was too busy. And he never called back to follow up.

I would have given a single star but I added the second star because he at least came out quickly. But obviously calling someone from within Pearland didn’t do anything to lower the price.

We don’t mind paying what is needed, but at least do good work.

Travis and team are the best around, this was the 4th time I have had them out for various plumbing needs. Not only do they do quality work at a fair price, they also operate with a great deal of integrity, I fully recommend Pearland Plumbing for anyone's plumbing needs.

Had an emergency leak on a water line in the attic. Travis and his Partner arrived within an hour of calling and got the job done very fast. Both of these gentlemen were very friendly, courteous and professional. Will definitely call again for my plumbing needs in the future. Price was very good.

Outstanding professional quality of service. They repaired three bathroom plumbing problems for me in one visit. They replaced the bathroom sink, bathroom toilet, and tub faucet that previous dripped all the time. They were courteous, knowledgeable, friendly, on time, and very professional.

Not sure what happened on my original review. The review with 2 Stars was mine but should have shown a 5 Star review. As I said before Practical Plumbing and Rooter was a referral from an acquaintance at a local coffe shop I frequent (One of LIfes Perks) you may know it. I deal mostly in referrals and have been successful most of the time.
This time was beyond what I expected. The first thing I noticed after Albert arrived on time and in a company van with his company name. Was that Albert asked a few key questions then went over to a clean out, ran the snake and Walla, line was clear.
I would have made a mess of this had I tried to fix it myself. I would have had the sink trap all apart with no clog in sight.
Thanks Albert for your professional approach and doing the work so well and so quickly. We were back to our routine in no time.
Now it's time to email Google and see what is up with that other review. Hopefully they see this and put my email at the top of the list, lol.

This company is trash. Home warranty sent them out to repair tankless water heater. Showed up and unplugged unit, plugged it back in and told my wife it was fixed, showing her hot water at 3 sinks. Tells her we should have it serviced.
Told me when I called back due to no hot water 2 hours later, that they never said it was fixed. Told me that it was not working because it needs a $400 maintenance service.
Told warranty company that it needs to have a system flush performed...
Which is it? They lie, scam and cheat the customer and warranty companies.

Everything was completed professionally and later approved by the county inspector without any issues. Overall I’m very satisfied with the service and the whole experience.

Would definitely recommend. Emet’s Plumbing is fast, efficient, professional, courteous and prompt! They know how to run a business. We had the main water line to the house break over night leaving us with a flood in our yard and no water when we woke up. Emet’s Plumbing responded very quickly and resolved the problem. I am so grateful for their swift response and professional work!
