One star because I've seen their truck running red lights and stop signs multiple times around town. The latest was this afternoon on Barry Rose Drive when they ran the light and blew through a stop sign in less than a minute. Avoid this company.

They came out very quickly, but they don't have the equipment needed to fix my problem. They unclogged one drain, but I had to pay $230 and my problem isn't even fixed. Now I have to call someone else to come out and fix my problem, and pay more money....

I have a tankless hot water heater, Ken came out on a Saturday to work on it. He went above and beyond to satisfy his customer. He is now the only plumber we will use!

For me, they have reflanged and reseated toilets, repaired a busted water supply pipe to the house, and installed several new faucets. Quality work. These guys are experienced and fair. They are my go-to for plumbing in Pearland.

Ken was ready and able to come over when everyone else quoted me a five hour ETA! Great service, professional, informative, and Local. Make sure you have your checkbook though, as he doesn't do cards, but that wasn't a big deal for me.

Very happy with the time and the professionalism that went forth and the courtesy in conversation.
