We recently had A-Better Plumbing come out to install a water softener for this. Prior to finding A-Better Plumbing, we had reached out to several Houston and Pearland area plumbers, many on the recommendation of good friends. All of the plumbers either never responded, ghosted us, or came back with exorbitantly expensive quotes. We were getting ready to return the softener and give up when I decided to try one last time after I saw A-Better Plumbing recommended in a Facebook group. I'm so glad I did! They were kind, efficient, and affordable, completed the job quickly, and were up front about their pricing. We are thrilled to have finally completed this job, and will be calling A-Better Plumbing first for any future plumbing needs. Highly recommend their services!

Negative company experience!! Do not use this company is you want a professional, quality job!

We used this company last year to install a garbage disposal. Since then it has been leaking. We had to call them out 2 weeks after the initial service was completed.

Today I called another plumber because the sink was still leaking. The same guy (short, skinny, white guy with tattoos and big hole ear piercings) came out and showed us pictures of the job that he did last year and tried to argue me down about what happened to the screws that are somehow missing.

He was extremely combative, argumentative and looked demented. He kept talking about the pictures from last year and asking me what happened to the screws, so I pulled out my phone to record him and he left!

Be ware! If you don’t want to have to get someone to correct their sloppy work, do not use them!

I am incredibly pleased with the service provided by A-Better Plumbing LLC. I contacted them about a leak, and their team was very responsive, yielding same-day service. They are friendly, efficient, and affordable. True professionals I am happy to recommend!

Great service. Very satisfied customer. Angelo went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I needed to get my portable generator quick disconnect hooked up to natural gas line. He had to make 2 different trips because of my mess up but he was very understanding and accommodating. Also thanks to Cameron for coming on the second trip. Will definitely use A Better Plumbing again and will ask for Angelo.

Needed service immediately. They were on it came in replaced heater and got us back to no leaks and fast prompt service. The best. Very professional and nicest persons.

I never recommend them anymore. They used to be my regular plumber for my properties. Recently realized that they to not have qualified or experienced plumbers

Case 1.
I had a leak on line from water meter to house. Their plumber came, CHARGED me and said their solution is to replace the whole line from meter to house which is said to be min. $3000. I called a different plumber and he dug closer to my house first and found the leak, and fixed for $450.

Case 2:
A toilet in my house was not flushing. The plumber from A-Better Plumbing came and plunged multiple times and used 6ft long snake (which I had already done in advance before they arrived) and said I have a bad commod and need to replace. I gave my own endoscope them to take a look inside. They didn't even know how to use an endoscope to check a plumbing line. I was very sure that there is a block somewhere in the line. They charged me $225 just for using snake which never fixed the problem. I asked them to take the commod off and check. They said it costs me additional $375. Because I was never satisfied with those 2 people which they say "Plumbers", I said no. They said I do not have to worry anymore as they fixed problem. This happened about a month ago. Today I had a pretty bad incident. That specific toilet blocked and water was overflowing. Fortunately I caught it before it would flood the whole house.

Do not use A Better Plumbing company, who use cheap, unqualified people with absolutely no plumbing experience for your plumbing issues. Look at evidence for my issue today

I've used A-Better Plumbing twice now, and I would use them again and again. They perform with top-notch quality at very affordable pricing. The last job they did for me at half the cost of what another company quoted. They did a FANTASTIC job, they are very responsive and professional. Do not hesitate, call them for your plumbing needs!

We called Rick, he answered the call, I shared the problem that we had & he came early the next morning. He checked out the situation gave us a Very fair Price. We Had Two Quotes and He Was By Far The Most Reasonable and Straight Forward.
I would like to mention that Rick was recommended by our Pastors Wife. She said that he was very reliable and fair.

I’ve used Brick Plumbing several times now and they’ve been consistently reliable and fairly priced. They’ve handled two water heaters, a couple of toilets, and most recently a leak from a second floor restroom.

Rick came out on time, walked me through exactly what was going on, and took care of the repair without any issues. What I appreciated most was that he didn’t just fix the leak and leave. I asked about flushing both water heaters while he was there and he made the time to get it done. Obviously that was an added cost, but it was worth it to have everything handled in one visit and running the way it should.

Overall, solid work, good communication and no surprises. I’ll keep using them.

After the 2021 freeze, the outside plumbing got damaged. Brick plumbing came in, and fixed the problem . The water main was cracked and was
