Miguel came to my home and referred most of the plumbing services to other plumbing contractors and other 3rd party companies. The 3rd party company named exclusive came out and found the source of a water leak from an open valve under my sink in 7 minutes. This should have been discovered by Santana Brothers and it was not. Would not recommend them. They are a waste of time, money and resources by referring work they should be able to take care of as a plumbing business.

I called with a leaking water heater and these guys were at my house promptly. They gave me a quote and stood by it, they kept me updated throughout the process. They were very professional and prompt. They cleaned up after themselves so that you couldn’t tell they had been there afterwards. This is the second time I have called for help from Santana Bros for a leaking ac drain outlet which had leaked into my sheetrock inside the house. They came and fixed my problem promptly and professionally then also. They have earned my loyalty as a customer. Thank you guys for the fantastic work you do!

Fast, thorough, and amazing work. I found a leak in my hot water tank they were here in 15 minutes and the tank was installed and completed in 2.5 hours. This includes going to get the proper tank. I give them my highest recommendation.

Called to get my hot water heater looked at and my tub faucet fixed that leaks. They were great with the hot water heater, but kept trying to upsell us a new faucet instead of just fixing the issue. When we asked to just fix the issue, the guy told us they don't do that and again suggested the whole faucet for a few thousand. I wish I had been told that upfront because now I have to find somebody else.

They have done several jobs for me over the past five years, ranging from drain cleaning and sewer line repair to faucet installations. Our hall bathroom sink was not draining, and was actually filling up from the drain. Turns out the condensate line from the A/C was connected to the sink drain, and was later discovered to have algae growth, causing the sink to clog up. Called one place and they could not come out until Monday. I looked for another plumber and found Santana Bros Plumbing. Called them and got an appointment for them to come out within 2 hours. Freddy and Miguel showed up, assessed the situation, and discussed our option. For now, we chose to have a them put in a clean-out line to alleviate the sink from clogging up. The price was extremely reasonable, and their work was fast. They went over everything they did, how to keep algae from growing again, and cleaned up after the work was over. I could not be happier and strongly recommend them to anyone needing plumber services!!

The technicians arrived in a timely manner. They explained my options along with a price quote.The price was very reasonable and they were prepared to do the job immediately. I would use them again and also recommend them for any plumbing repair you might need.

Santana Bros came to replace a broken water pipe caused by extreme cold weather, I was really impressed with their service. They responded quickly and arrived within an hour of my call. On top of that, they went the extra mile by contacting the City of Houston water company for me to get a case number so they could turn off the main line (since the key switch was stuck). My technician, Miguel, was fantastic—he kept me informed throughout the process, sent me pictures, and was very polite. After the work was completed, he checked the water pressure to ensure everything was functioning properly. The City will need to inspect the work since a permit was required, and follow up review to follow, but overall, I’m very satisfied with the professionalism and efficiency of Santana Bros.

So so so grateful for this company! After calling around and getting horrendous pricing, I took a shot on Santana bros. So glad I did! They came out in a few hours, fixed the problem within 1, AND charged over $300 less than competitors. They were kind, explained worst case scenario pricing, and very easy to work with. I would recommend them to anyone and will use them again if I ever need additional plumbing services!

Miguel was amazing and someone you can talk to and he understands genuinely. You dont get that with a lot of companies because they are just after the money and on to the next one but Miguel wasn't that way at all and I appreciated his time and feedback. He talked to my dad who was in the business 45+ years and if you can win my dad over you did a good job. Highly recommend these guys and will call for future service and will refer to friends and family!!!

Santana Bros helped me out when I was in a bind. We had a broken pipe that left us without water. They were prompt, got here to my home faster than expected. They had the water leak fixed within an hour and a half of my first call. They will be my new go to. Highly recommend this company. Been a customer since 2021. Very easy company to work with. Seems family-oriented. Detailed maintenance, fair pricing, responds within 2 hours and does not overcharge. In fact, I wasn’t charged at all in the last visit.

Freddy and Miguel did a great job! They were very thorough with their whole home inspection and gave me guidance on how to maintain the plumbing which will save me money in the future. When I tell you I've been using Santana Bros for YEARS!!!! ANYTIME someone says they need a plumber they are the first company I send them to. From the Administrative staff to the plumbers EVERYONE is so professional, communicates in detail and responds swiftly.

They are so honest as well! I have called them for things and if they can't do it(which is rare) they not only tell you the truth they might also have a recommendation for you!

I noticed my paint looked bumpy in my kitchen ceiling. We had a pipe leaking in the attic. We have used Santana Plumbing for other issues and trust them 100%! Miguel was awesome! He was on time, friendly and explained everything every step of the way. Reasonable pricing as well!
