Jack replaced our main water line from the curb to our home. Wonderful experience. Stephanie coordinated the quotes, billing, and made sure the dig crew knew what to do and made sure they filled in their dig promptly afterward. I tried to find the leak myself so I had dug a bit myself, was surprised to see the dig crew cleaned up my mess as well when they came back to finish the job! Amazing company and it makes sense why they have such rave reviews. As long as I live in Pearland they will have my business!

Dealt with a competitor of theirs last year, Their name rhymes with CrAbacus... that was terrible. I ended up going to Home Depot and renting an auger to clear my kitchen drain pipe by myself and had that company refund me for their tech to come out and act like he couldn't unplug it and recommend I spend $1,500 on their water "Jet" truck to come and flush out my pipe.... got it cleared with a $100 rental from HomeDepot and learned the guy had used the wrong auger bit on his machine as well... likely on purpose to take advantage of us with his "Upsell". Long story short. Epic Plumbing didn't play any of that crap and were stellar to work with!!

Thought about how to go about giving my honest review. First off very helpful did their best to connect me to the right person. Honest about job, time, and cost. I also appreciate the one year warranty of the work done. However a lot of my supplies were used and cleanup was half way done. 500 bucks in this economy is nothing to scoff at and low key on the fence in having them come back again.

My plumbing service experience was EPIC!! Really though Jake communicated very well with everything answered any questions we had and gave great options for all the work we needed done. Chris our technician was so respectful, helpful and thorough, very clean and set everything back just right. I’m so happy we went with Epic there are so many plumbers out there the thing that sets them apart is good service and quality work. Thanks again!

My experience with this company was fantastic. I had a grease clog that I couldn't clear myself, and they sent out a gentleman named Donnel Washington who worked very hard to clear the problem for us, his professionalism and work ethic definitely deserves to be highlighted. They saved me and my family from a very stressful situation.

Their pricing is also very reasonable compared to their competitors, they have a customer for life in me and Epic Plumbing is a company I will be recommending to my friends and family.

Daniel and Ben from Epic Plumbing did an awesome job installing my water softener. My house didn’t have a softener loop, so they had to do some custom work to make it all come together—and they nailed it. Everything was super clean, efficient, and even looked great when they were done. You can tell they really care about the quality of their work. Highly recommend to anyone thinking of installing a water softener.

This company is the go to for your emergency plumbing repairs. Daniel came to my rescue within 2 days and completed my repairs within an hour once I was given a very reasonable quote for the repairs. Friendly and informative on what was needed. Repaired my washing machine water both hot and cold connections and the main water cut off valve.

Jesus is an amazing plumber. He came on time and finished in a timely manner. He was kind, courteous and knowledgeable. He shared pertinent information about my tankless heater and discussed regular maintenance. He informed me of the findings in my system and what to expect. We had a fantastic experience with Epic Plumbing. Stephen came by on a Saturday at a moment's notice whenever our water heater leaked through our ceiling. On Monday, Jesus and his team took care of everything and installed a new tankless heater for us. Hot water heater (9 yrs old) stopped working. I chose to replace the HW tank with Epic Plumbing’s help. I spoke with Stephanie, the project manager, who kept me in the loop for time and pricing. Daniel did the work after presenting and discussing the various options. He was kind, professional, and efficient. Total time from reviewing options to completion of the project was under 3 hours. Where do I begin..I am a first time customer to Epic plumbing.The appointment was easy to make through the receptionist. I didn't know how the experience would be. Jesus and Matt made the experience very comfortable. Jake also contributed to the easy of my financial concerns. They explained on how the repairs would be made, the cost and when it would be completed. Miguel made quick work on my toilet problem! He was fast and professional, but It turns out he did not repair the problem, he merely got it flowing, leaving the problem to show up again. And what really chapped me, Miguel sold me their Texas PLO plan for $244.00, which they refused to honor 3 months later. Complete rip-off!

Miguel came and evaluated my issue. He quickly showed me the damage the busted pipe had cause. He quickly gave me a quote. Maria their secretary was very kind and responded quickly. Enrique and his coworker came on time fixed the issue quickly and were very kind and friendly. Overall I’m very happy with their service and would recommend!

Responded fast to 2 different requests at 2 different times. Leaky water pipes and and gas hose leak in the attic skillfully repaired. No long wait from putting your request to completion.

Santana bros was on time and literally came within 2 hours of me calling them. They were very professional and took care of the restroom within 30 minutes! I highly reccomend!

Had main sewer line filled with roots damaged pipe and it had to be replaced. Costly repairs,but they had reasonable financing option. Freddy G upfront about what needs to be done. Had other quotes they were the best price. His crew got work straight away. City inspection passed they clean up and backfill the whole area. They were very punctual and I am very happy with the work they did. Definitely recommended for plumbing service.
