These technicians are great. They have always been able to correctly diagnosis my problem and fix it in a timely manner. They always enter my home with booties and have been very persistent with their mask policy.

Lack professionalism in this company. Scheduled an appointment and they changed time last minute. Then dis not show up and said they were to busy after they created the appointment. So we waited weeks for this appointment and they said we had to wait another 2 weeks so a whole month because Larry does not know how to schedule times effectively.

They didn't fix my house, but they gave me some advice over the phone that lit the lightbulb that solved the problem. That's a value that's worth more than 5 stars. 👍

We've used Texan Plumbing a handful of times over the past five years around the house and they have been great. Marc and Victor are pro and good about explaining things to me and providing tips. We would absolutely hire them again. update from 2023 - we hired Texan Plumbing again to handle a problem that came up when we were traveling. Marc and team handled it and we're very appreciative.

Wonderful service. I really appreciated that they could send someone out the same day I called. Keith was thorough and did a tidy job. We were able to get the appliance company back out to get our washer working again. Texan Plumbing was key. I would highly recommend them.

Very very unprofessional. The person was very rude and condescending towards my whole family. The person was white, bold head, wearing sunglasses. DO NOT GET YOUR PLUMBING DONE THROUGH THEM!!!

Great service at a great price! I called Thursday to have my water heater replaced, and they did the work 2 days later, on a Saturday, which made it easier for me to be at home. We scheduled the job for 10AM Saturday, not a 4 hour, or 8 hour, all-day window like some of the large plumbing companies in town. Believe it or not, they showed up right at 10AM! It only took 90 minutes, with 3 men that came in their plumbing truck. Texan Plumbing is now the plumbing company I will be using.

Called Tony for a bathroom sink unclog job. Came on time and very professional. Was able to snake the drain and clean the pipes. My sink sounds better than when I first moved in. Thoroughly impressed with the quality.
