We were having an ant problem in our newly built house and Dennis A came to check if they were coming from the drain. Instead of just checking the drain and saying everything was good, he went a step further and thoroughly investigated the issue and showed me how they were getting in and gave me advice on how to handle it. Very much appreciated it!

I called 2 other plumbing companies and never received a call back. I called Sonnys and I explained my situation which rightfully wasnt an emergency; clogged main line for kitchen sink. The lady I spoke to was so kind and put me on hold to see if they could squeeze me in same day. Which they did!!! They gave me a time frame and Chris A and Jordan E called me to let me know their current job was taking longer than expected buy would be at my home within the hour. Extremely curteous considering I couldnt get a call back from other plumbers. Both Chris and Jordan were a pleasure to work with!!! Kind, polite and professional. Ill always use Sonnys...thank you for such great service!!

As always Sonny's is always there. Forrest came out to replace a toilet flush fill valve and replace an original water valve with a new quarter turn valve. Quite happy with the service - again.

Richard deserves a raise! The tankless hot water heater and the shower valve and trim in my 2nd bathroom were installed yesterday. The plumbers that did the job were excellent and the roofers were right on time to do their part. I know it’s not easy to organize jobs including multiple contractors but it all went smoothly. Also Kyle (who installed the bathtub) worked sooooo hard! He needs a raise also !!! Thanks Audrey we are very pleased 😀

During the recent freeze, we were without water for almost an entire week at Houston Label. Unsure why (and worried), we called Sonny's Plumbing to come take a look. They arrived within 1 hour and were able to help us get our water flowing. Afterwards, they did a complete walk thru to make sure there were no busted pipes, including listening to the pipes underground. Everything was good and thanks to them, we were able to resume production the following day. It was a huge relief and we were so thankful for their help. Thank you so much Sonny's Plumbing!! Y'all truly are the best!!

Thanks Keith and Dennis A. for their help with my after Freeze repair needs on my Water heater. Out of the 20+ plumbers I called after the storm, they were the only company to call me back and quickly get me scheduled to come repair my Water heater. Very knowledgeable, kind and trustworthy company!

I made an emergency call to Sonny's today. While they did not come out to my house - they were able to successfully diagnose the issue over the phone and walk me thru the fix. Super nice, extremely helpful and whenever I have a future plumbing issue - this will be my 1st call. a BIG THANKS!!!!!

Dennis A and Chris A both came out and flushed my tankless water heater. They were professional, kind and courteous. They were also knowledgeable and were able to answer any questions I had about the service. Would definitely use this company again!

Sonny's Plumbing is the best. Especially Dennis! When the winter storm caused a leak in our tankless hot water heater, the plumbing company our builder (Greater Houston Plumbing) uses only attempted to price gouge us by saying they cannot repair our unit and told us they could only replace the unit for a 40% mark-up over normal prices; take it now or our neighbor would. We passed and called Sonny's Plumbing. Dennis arrived on time, was super professional, used his expertise and skill to get right on our repair and was done in less than an hour. Thank you Dennis and Sonny's plumbing for your integrity!

Incredible experience! Scheduling with Tina was easy as can be, Dennis called to let me know he was in his way, he arrived on time, I showed him the upstairs toilet that needed to be replaced, and then when back to working remotely. In no time, Dennis politely interrupted me from working to ask if I would like to inspect his work. Everything was perfect, the bathroom was just as clean (if not cleaner!) as it was when he arrived but with a brand new toilet installed and functioning. Dennis worked quietly and efficiently, even kept a smile on his face carrying a toilet upstairs. Most professional visit I have ever had in my home. Because of the superior level of service, my only request is that they eventually expand beyond plumbing so I can use them for more!

Exceptional! Called they sent over Mr. Ramon very customer-friendly very informative and knows his stuff. He checked and diagnosed our problem. Waiting on a bid so we can move quickly in getting our issues fixed. Would l8ve to have Mr. Ramon back to do our work. He needs a raise. Ramon and Chris provided excellent customer service. They repaired the leak in main line very quickly and explained everything that they were doing as they were doing it. Will definitely be using Sonny’s Plumbing for all my future plumbing issues.

ISRAEL THE PLUMBER WAS THE BEST PLUMBER I HAVE EVERY HAD DO WORK AT MY HOUSE. He was on time for one and called me beforehand on his exact time of arrival and asked me if that was ok. WOW. FIRST CLASS. He was also very courteous, VERY professional, his work was quick, CLEAN, and precise. He knew exactly what he was doing with NO wasted time or parts and NO MESS. $2,000 water heater installed in Aug 2023 - the pilot light won't stay lit. Sonny's told me they don't service residential anymore, they can refer me to another company. Sonny's said likely I will need to pay labor, but Rheem may send me the part for free. Do better.
