Mike and his staff are great. The service is quick, they get the job done quickly and at reasonable prices. They never try and sell you your extra stuff, but always recommend what's best for the job.

The drivers were always on time and friendly. They answered all my queries with great help. It was a good job. I will use their services for my yearly inspections of my furnace and ax.

The plumber was excellent. The plumber first tried to fix the problem with less expensive methods before deciding to replace it. He completed the work quickly and gave me some tips on what to do in case the disposal went wonky again.

Friendly, professional and local family owned. I decided to go with a five star service that was more accessible than the big names where I was probably just a number in their daily quota (that really happens). Former military I wanted good value and them in and out. Quotes and research completed they were my first choice. The technician notified me ahead of time they could be early if convenient and were in and out with parts replaced, my problem solved rather quickly. The only toilet in my house was not working when I got home after work. My call had been answered immediately. The voice sounded artificial and a little unnerving. The service was efficient. A plumber arrived within one hour and a quarter. He was polite, professional, fast and courteous. It was a very simple part that was replaced. I thought it was an affordable price for a 9pm visit. I would definitely use them again for an emergency.

Darnell was amazing! He did a thorough expectation and helped see the full extent of the issue. He explained everything in terms I could understand and with pictures. He was kind, friendly and professional. The office was responsive and quick to get me scheduled. If I had to have a plumbing issue I couldn’t have had anyone better to help me!

Making an appointment was easy with call backs in 20 min or less. 2 hour arrival windows are very reasonable to work with (I didn't have to wait that long!) Plumber and office kept in touch as work progressed, even thru short delay that involved the municipal water department. I received reliable advice and everyone did what they said they would. Donnell and his assisting plumber progressed steadily through their tasks (there were 5-6 items). If the municipality didn't have to get involved, they would have completed everything the same day!
They cleaned up behind themselves. They wore shoe covers appropriately, even covering the wheels of any equipment used indoors.
They had me check the effectiveness of each completed task, assuring that a follow up visit should not be needed. For example, Donnell invited me to run a laundry load, to assure the drain was properly cleared. It was.
I was given some education on curing time, use/maintenance practices and encouraged to call with any questions. Jake, in the office, called me with ETA's, followed up regularly, priced out any needed changes in plan and confirmed my approval of changes.
Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful.
I would not hesitate to use their services in the future.

Called Epic plumbing for helping to fix the urinal in the mens bathroom at my job, they came very quickly once called, price was reasonable and they completed the job in a timely manner. overall a great experience with them and i will be using them in the future!

Epic provided prompt and excellent service. Their plumbers, Christian and Quinton, were highly professional as they worked in our home to remove our old water heater (attic location) and install a new one. They clearly explained everything, were courteous , efficient, and promptly completed the job. They were also very careful to not damage or soil anything in the house as they moved the old water heater out and the new one in. Their respectful, friendly behavior was so wonderful and made me very comfortable to have them in my home. I would trust them with any plumbing repairs we need. Thanks.

I needed my water softener system, which was 12 or 13 years old, check over as there appeared to be a problem. The technician was very good and explained everything in detail. We decided that the system needed to be replaced.

Had an issue with our outdoor kitchen faucet not flowing cold water. Daniel came out within 2 hours of my phone call, troubleshooted the system, and fixed the problem in approximately 30 minutes. Stephen did a great job cleaning out our clogged shower drain as well as replacing the cartridge for the shower head. He explained everything and even taught me how everything works which I really enjoyed. We will definitely use Epic Plumbing for all our future needs.

Mine was a big job. I had 6 different plumbing companies bidding for me. Todd the owner came over to bid the job and The man Knows his plumbing. Our outside hose bib needed to be replaced. Since the cooper pipe was bent and too close to the wall, the pipe needed to be cut. I had a couple other plumbing companies came for the bid. The bid from each company was very comparative, but I decided to go with Epic Plumbing because it was recommended by my neighbor, a local company, and very favorable reviews online. Communicated with Jake, the manager, and he asked questions, explaining the possible work that will be done for the job. Chris, our technician, came promptly to perform the work. Chris was very courteous and professional. He informed me that extra troubleshooting needed to be performed to locate the water pipe. And so he did. I am happy with the work, and it was done right. We would highly recommended Epic plumbing. Now I need to call one of the sheet rock preparer to patch the holes. Which also recommended by them as well. Thank you, team for the excellent work.
