When kitchen sink needed a hero I went to google and found this company near my area. Upon answering my initial call they were friendly and professional. They were able to get me an appointment for same day in mid afternoon.
No charge to come out to give me quote.
The crew that arrived was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and worked with me as a homeowner. They showed care for my property inside and outside throughout the whole process.
My kitchen was cleared and back up and running.

Found on Google. Called snd stated my issue and within a very short span of time Miguel & Freddie arrived and made the necessary repairs. I appreciate your prompt response in resolving the issue.

First off. The whole operation is Family. It’s like calling someone you know who does plumbing and they take care of you. I called them late they came out assessed the issue made no promises about time to return then came back within an hour😁. The whole crew was pleasant and professional everyone coordinated to get the job done and In a timely fashion. We were not inconvenienced in any way. Miguel is an awesome coordinator. He answers all your questions concerns and apprehensions in a calm manner. They send pics of who will approach your house to get the job done. Maria answered all my questions kept me up to speed and when she couldn’t say for sure Miguel did. Enrique came out with his assistant and was finished so fast and so efficient and so professional. They were a pleasure to work with. Interactive with the whole family. Juan Mata came the next day promptly and made the wall look as if no hole were there in the first place. I put out some money but I am thoroughly impressed and happy with the results. I will be contacting them for my next plumbing project. DO NOT hesitate to call them if you need some plumbing done. My elderly parents had a pipe burst & Santana Bros were quick to respond. Miguel throughly explained the process & the cost & everything went smooth after that. We went with the permanent fix option, to replace the waterline from the city to the home with new piping. A dig crew dug out a 50 ft trench & then the new main valve was installed outside of the brick with insulation. They came back the next day & backfilled the yard after the inspection was cleared by the city. A 10 year warranty for parts and labor were also included. My mind was put at ease with Miguel’s concern for my parents while I was at work. He communicated to me status updates & pictures, which were very much appreciated, so I didn’t have any worries! Miguel, Freddy & their team did a great job! Highly recommend their service!

Miguel And Freddie were FANTASTIC! I called first thing in the morning and they were here by 10 AM. Reason I called: I got a report from another plumber, saying my drain pipes were separated, which would require major repairs. Freddie ran the camera through my three drain pipes, kitchen, bathroom and the city line. I have. NO cracks or shifting. They both really care about people which is so rare these days. They’re courteous, professional, and so very understanding. They now have a customer for life and I will recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber

STRONGLY RECOMMEND!!! Santana Brothers Plumbing helped us with multiple complex plumbing issues with a Friendswood property, all while we were out of state. They were proactive in all communication with me, by providing me with photos of every step along the way. This gave me great peace of mind, even though I couldn’t see the work with my own eyes. Miguel, Fredy, and Maria were kind, easy to work with, and trustworthy. They will be my first call with any future plumbing needs!

Miguel came out same day and got the washing machine valves and box replaced. It was quick which I appreciate since I needed a washer. I do think it was a bit overpriced. I know the parts to be about 100 dollars max, and they did the job in under a hour which means they charged me 795 a hour for labor. The convenience of it being done the same day, and that they hooked up my new washer makes me not care about the pice. Highly recommend if price is not an issue.
