A-Better Plumbing is fantastic. They are quick to respond, knowledgeable, courteous, fair priced and very helpful and do great work. I am a recent homeowner, and I did not know much about plumbing repairs. Oriole especially took time to explain things to me and helped me to get a water remediation company, who is also excellent and also came out the same day so I only had to take one day off of work. They also called the City of Pearland for me because the broken pipe is in the jurisdiction of the city. Jose was good too. I highly recommend A-Better Plumbing

Every time I call, I have a service person at my home in 24 hours or less. They come prepared to finish the job they start, no "going to buy parts." Their personnel are professional, competent, and respectful to you and your home. I definitely recommend A-Better Plumbing with no reservations.

Great company. From the office staff to the plumber himself - very knowledgeable, friendly and quick to assist with my needs. Russell was able to diagnose our leak without even cutting into sheetrock. I highly recommend them.

I have been using this company since the owner owned his smaller company. They provide fast service with very knowledgeable staff. I use them time and time again on my rental property as well as my own home. I am always a happy and satisfied customer. You cannot pick a better plumbing company than A Better Plumbing.

Just used them because both of my toilets were clogged. They arrived promptly and fixed them quickly. Russell was great with my dogs too and gave sound advice. They are based in Pearland but had no issues coming to Houston and providing great service at a reasonable cost.

A Better replaced two grinder pumps at a cost of $4k and gave us 1 year labor warranty - they worked good for 30 days then one of them went out. A Better immediately said that it was our fault the pump went out and wanted to charge us another $2,300 + when we questioned that they became very rude told us they were going to file a mechanics lien on the property and vowed they were going to get there money one way or another. I do not recommend this company -

I have Used A-Better Plumbing to fix a busted pipe in the attic and again for leaking underground pipe in my yard. Both times this company was able to fit me in on short notice. the technicians have been so professional and courteous and do really good work at a fair price. They also show me exactly what the problem is before they fix anything and patiently answer my plumbing questions. This is the only plumbing co. I will use!

I had a small plumbing job and called plumbers all over Houston. Some didn’t answer, some said they’d come at a certain time, but never showed up others quoted me insane amounts of money. The whole situation had me stressed, because my occupancy inspection was pending because of all this, but I finally found A-Better plumbing, they showed up the same day I called them, pulled all the necessary permits from the city and got the job done the same-day for a fraction of what most other places quoted me. I am highly impressed by them and will recommend anyone to use them for all their plumbing needs.

First of all, you can’t beat same day service! I called A Better Plumbing first thing this morning to replace a water heater and Sandy was able to provide me with a quote over the phone and provide an eta for a technician to be at my home after noon. The technician called when in route and I couldn’t be more impressed with Ronnie & Isreal. Excellent service!

Russel and Marco were very professional and efficient, they completed the job in 15 minutes. I own 3 professional businesses and i bill my clients by the job and not the time it takes to complete the job. this 15 minute job and 20 dollar part came to 250$. As a business owner i would suggest they give a quote upfront once the issue has been identified. this was a bit of a sticker shock because i had no idea how much i would be paying for this repair. Great guys, probably a bit overpriced, but communication of fees should be better.

Great Company! They provide the best plumbing service that I have never had. Ronald replied my message at midnight. Next day morning, the plumber stop by my house and fix our problem. They explain everything in details. The price is quite reasonable. I already used their service three times last year. Very satisfied. I will refer them to my friends without any doubt.

Steve and his team were fantastic in replacing my water heater. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and took the time to explain everything and answer all my questions. Highly recommend their services!

Knowledgeable, on time, performance was in good time length and very affordable. Experience in their work by doing so effortlessly in the installation of my gas water heater. Explained clearly anything new that was encountered that needed to be addressed and approved to perform outside of the already agreed to price. Would definitely recommend. They brought the new water heater and took the old away.

This could not have gone better! Excellent service. They were on time and installed my new kitchen faucet in less than 20 minutes. We had been avoiding calling a plumber, but when my husband saw how complicated it would be, we called A-Better. I had an appointment in just 2 days from when I contacted them. They are very reasonable and worth every cent. I will be using them again for 2 more plumbing issues I have in my home.

Today, I called A- Better plumbing LLC and was promised that they would be sending a Master Plumber to arrive within the hour. However, the master plumber who showed up looked at the issue and left without resolving it, leaving me without water for hours. He told me the secretary would call me. My husband had to postpone his flight to fix the problem himself because I never received a call back! The subsequent workers who then showed up without notice mentioned that they have encountered this issue with this “master plumber” before and advised us to file a complaint with the company. It's clear that this company prioritizes upselling over providing quality and timely service.

I had two hot water heaters installed by A--Better Plumbing. The job was done quickly and all of the guys involved (Roland (the owner) Jeff, Anguo and Jose) were very professional and helpful. I also had this company unclog a sink that flooded a bathroom. Rodney and Forrest did the job and went above and beyond to fix the problem and to help us get in contact with someone to remediate the water damage. A-Better Plumbing also replaced a kitchen faucet for me a few years back and that interaction was also quick, pleasant and hassle-free. I highly recommend this company.

Ive had to call on A-Better for repairs twice now. Both times they were on time and did everything as fast as they could to make the repairs needed. Their prices are fair and they stand by their work. Thank you all for helping us!

Update: A-Better just installed a new hot water heater for us. Their crew is consistently great and efficient. Thanks again for keeping us going!
