Heather, who provided my quote, was courteous and efficient, taking the time to understand my needs and tailor the service accordingly.

The job involved installing a gas line for my dryer, and the pricing was fair. Wayne, the lead plumber, and Benson, his apprentice, worked seamlessly as a team. They were precise and efficient, restored the job site thoroughly, and made sure everything was clean and tested before they left. I was also given clear instructions for use.

I highly recommend this company and will definitely be recommending them to my friends!

Recently contacted Epic plumbing about a leak in my main. They where very professional, respectful and did not try upsell anything. They spoke to me with honesty which to me that was very important compared to to other companies that I had reached to for the same problem. They didn’t end up doing the work because the leak was in the pipe a couple a feet away from the meter. Furthermore they provided a quote that was 1/3 of what the others where quaking me for, and for a job that was not guaranteed that was going to fix the existing issue. So I definitely recommend EPIC!

We’ve been needing major plumbing repair for years. I was scared of getting it done because of how much I thought it would probably cost. Epic Plumbing gave an honest assessment of the issues and provided options that allowed us to choose the repairs we wanted to focus on. It felt like a true partnership in the process. Had a great experience using Epic plumbing, the technician who helped me was Donnell Washington. He was really helpful and offered a variety of solutions to help my issue. In the end he ended up fixing my issue and offered help with future services if needed. 5 Stars and will use again with future plumbing issues.

Epic Plumbing did a fantastic job locating and fixing our leak in an exterior wall. It was quick and quality work by Jack. They gave me pricing and options so I knew what to expect. Clean up was great as well. I would easily call them out again in the future to take care of my household.

I needed to find a plumber to replace my hot water heater after my home warranty denied the replacement. I called Epic Plumbing and they were very prompt in responding and sending someone out for an estimate. Once I got the estimate, I agreed for the work to be done and they replaced it right then and there! They were very helpful and descriptive about the entire process and exactly what they were doing, from speaking to the office ladies to the on-site plumbers. My technician, Chris, was very informative and kind. I would recommend Epic Plumbing to any friends and family!

I contacted Epic Plumbing after receiving an outrageous quote from a plumbing company that advertises on tv. I loved having Epic Plumbing take care of of the leak under my tub and under my sink. Noah was exceptional in detecting the problem, explaining what needed to be done, any the options I had. Thanks for making everything as easy as possible for me. Jack, Ben, Stephanie and the Epic plumbing team did a great job at installing our new water heater unit yesterday. When our tank water heaters were at end of operation they came out and quoted our options. Then they shifted the schedule so my family and I could have water and hot water at our home before the weekend. Their quote was reasonable, the work professional and they were very communicative during the entire process. We greatly appreciated all the hard work and support we received from Epic plumbing and would call them again for any plumbing needs and highly recommend them to anyone else.

My technician Jesus Rodriquez was wonderful. He was very professional and very kind and caring about the issue and getting it taken care of. My service advisor Jake was on top of everything going on and it was great knowing what is happening. Jake kept in touch and kept me informed. Never had a plumbing service as accommodating and friendly as epic has been. It great to know and be a recipient from a company that truly cares about their costumers

100% trustful company. I am absolutely relieved that i know a company to call whenever plumbing issues happen at home. Today i got another technician dispatched, as expected he provided his honest recommendation to us, asked me to witness the symptoms for a couple of more days, then left home without any service charges. His advice matches to my plan, so i will follow his recommended steps. Just so happy to have Epic in Pearland!

I am so very impressed with the services from Epic Plumbing. I purchased a tankless system and the process went very smoothly. From this point of selection to the install. Jack was very knowledgeable and answered evey question. The install happened very quickly and we love it. Epic Plumbing is now the Plumbing service we will utilize from now on. I am a senior citizen and unfortunately not as agile as I once was. Regardless, I thought I could replace a troublesome kitchen faucet. However, after a couple of frustrating hours, I decided it was time to call the professionals. My neighbor recommended Epic Plumbing in Pearland. I called them this morning and was greeted by a very friendly and understanding voice who said she would send someone to my residence this afternoon.The Epic Plumbing team of Jake (Service Manager) and Noah (on-site plumber) was OUTSTANDING. Noah arrived at my residence and quickly assessed the faulty faucet situation and contacted Jake at the home office to finalize a plan of action. Within 15-20 9minutes, I received a call from Jake who presented me with 3 options to resolve my problem. I selected an option and Jake notified Noah accordingly. Noah then completed the faucet installation in short order. Noah also should be applauded for the condition in which he left the work site - CLEAN!!!! Mom was HAPPY...

The team at Epic plumbing were fantastic. The office personal Stefanie and Sarah were friendly and had great communication through the entire process. Jonathan the tech was very knowledgeable and really helped get to the bottom of the issue and educated me through the process. Great communication, great team!

I dont even bother to get multiple bods anymore and this is my 2nd job I had them do and happy with their work and price.

Epic Plumbing was hired for a larger job redoing the entire sewer and drain lines. They were thorough and explained all parts of the process in detail, following up with me whenever a change in plan was needed, explaining what they needed to do and why they needed to do it. The plumbers were all very personable and easy to work with and talk to, and tmit was quick and simple communicating with administrative staff about scheduling, payments, work scope, etc. They are very much recommended!

Had a significant issue with drains backing up in the bathtub and bathroom sink. Called Epic, they had a technician out to me at my requested scheduled time. My tech Donnel investigated the problem and then communicated three ways to eliminate the backup. His explanations were clear and he even showed me the main problem which was under the elevated subfloor. We agreed to a price on the repair which would eliminate the problem for a significant amount of time. Work was completed the same day and I'm very happy. Thank you Donnel, very professional, friendly and got in there to get the job done. Will definitely use Epic for my plumbing needs and hope Donnel is available.

Epic Plumbing is wonderful! I have used them many times. Recently, my hot water heater was leaking (on the day of my daughter's birthday party at our home). The owner, Todd, came out and immediately fixed the leak, which saved the day. I have spoken with the administrative staff many times, mostly Stephanie, and they are always kind and good at listening. They clearly lay out options for repairs and replacement, and they make scheduling easy. I highly recommend this company as they are honest, transparent, and they stand behind their work. I personally know the owners, Todd & Denesse, who are outstanding people who deeply care about the community.
