Plumber wasn’t knowledgeable at all. He need to open a small nut bolt to do the job but he cannot open it. Very rude in behavior. He left in 5 minuets and I paid $175.00. Do not call this company.

Dennis A. was very polite, professional, and punctual. Took the time to show us and explain everything to show us what he was doing and so we could understand the cause of the problem and also how to properly repair it. Our house is under 5 years old and the tile and grout are failing. Of course the builder said it was because of our new shower ignoring the pictures showing the issue before the new shower.
