I had John Moore come out to unclog my kitchen sink. The plummer ran a snake through. Water drained for about a minute then stopped whereupon he said my.pipe needed cleaning to the street at a cost of $1300 and if it needed it a power wash could cost about $3000. I said no and contacted Accurate Plumming Services. They were very nice to deal with, quoted me $249 which was all they charged! They also told me any type of power wash.would cause the water to shoot up from the sink with water all over the place! I used John Moore on putting up a ceiling fan. He had to attach the blades, then remove the existing fan and install the new fan..I was charged a little over $400 for that. I suggest Accurate Plumbing Services for any plumming needs and not John Moore!

We would like to express our thanks to Charlie and the drywall team that came and did a repair in the main bathroom of our home on the 22nd and 23rd of November.

We had a AC pipe break in the attic that went undetected until the ceiling caved in along with all of the insulation. We closed the room off after it was cleaned up and until we could schedule time off to have it repaired. We called Charlie since we have been so pleased with the master bath redo that he spearheaded for us in July. Charlie was to prepare a quote and we requested the work to be done Thanksgiving week. We were concerned when we hadn’t received the quote and upon calling the office found out that Charlie had some family issues to tend to which delayed the quote and Carlos scheduled for the work to be done the next day. The work was to be a temporary fix until we are ready to do the redo on that bath but they went above and beyond making it look very nice and not an eyesore. And Charlie did the insulation to keep us from having the high energy bills we had with that room being exposed to the heat and cold in the attic.

As we move through all of our redo projects we will put Repipe Specialist as the first to call . We appreciate the work done so far and will continue to refer to family and friends.

Super happy The Repipe Company did an amazing job! They repiped my 2 story home in 1 day and patching was done the following day! Very clean work. My water looks clear now and my water pressure so good. You cant see where the wholes were made in my walls at all. That was my biggest concern. I cannot say enough good things about Carlos Hernandez and The Repipe Company! When I started to get bids for the combination repiping/sewer/plumbing project we needed to do I would have been a little scared at the low price he quoted us, compared to the other bids I received, had I not done my research to find out what was reasonable, price wise. But Carlos impressed us from the first time he came to our home with his confidence and professionalism. His crews worked cooperatively among themselves and were very patient, friendly and concerned with our comfort and questions throughout the job. Carlos did everything he could to save us money and cut no corners to make up for it. When the repiping segment of the job was completed with all expected and hoped for results, his sheetrock crew came in to repair all the many cut outs throughout our house. They finished the sheetrock in one day and when they were finished had perfectly matched texture and color throughout the house. I believe there were about 8 different colors and we cannot see any difference between existing and replaced sheetrock! This company is truly amazing from price to customer service to quality of workmanship, everything! As hard as it is to find a good contractor these days, Carlos Hernandez and The Repipe Company are a sure bet for all your plumbing needs and I would heartily recommend them to anyone needing these services! He does what he says he will do!

I had my home repiped by the Repipe Company in April 2020. It was extremely easy to schedule and contact them before, during, and after the job. They quoted me $4,995 just like their website says and that's exactly what I paid. The quote also included patchwork and repainting of the holes they had to cut, which was so helpful to have all in one. The job was also done precisely on schedule. I've recommended them to everyone I know who may need their pipes redone (at least 5 people) because the experience was so easy. Give them a call!!!

We live in a home built in 1967 with original galvanized pipe plumbing. We found this company on google to have our lines replaced by PEX lines. Carlos is a great owner with true professionalism and integrity. They sent an estimator named Joe initially to assess our home. Joe is very knowledgeable and extremely personable. He can answer any question straight up regarding the pipe replacement and genuinely puts customers first with his responses and demeanor.
I also want to recognize the entire crew (including Corey, Rob, Noah and Nelson) that did the work in our home. They arrived promptly on the scheduled date at the agreed upon time and worked very quickly and efficiently. They were all very patient to answer all of my questions along the way.
They were able to replace our old 40 gal water heater for a new 50 gallon water heater in a very tightly fit area. They didn't leave a mess and the drywall patch work afterwards was second to none. The entire crew reflected the character of the owner Carlos, friendly with integrity.

Carlos and his team did an amazing job on our house repipe and drainage repair. We had some extensive and major repairs that needed to be done on our upstairs bathroom drainage and replacing the galvanized pipes throughout my entire house. The team were extremely thorough and made sure everything was running properly. Due to all the work needed, there were four sets of teams that came. The drainage repair team, the repipe team, dry wall repair team, and the electricians. Everything was organized and seamless. As you could imagine, my house was a bit chaotic because of the massive repairs, but this was absolutely worth it. We no longer have anxiety of potential plumbing issues because The Repipe Company gave us our peace of mind back. I highly recommend this company and I hope to never use them again (I don't want any more plumbing issues) but I would use them in a heart beat!

I sent a very detailed email on March 3 to this company requesting a quote and explaining my dire need. The fact that we have no water and I have a special needs child. I then sent numerous text messages and I left voicemail messages. No response whatsoever. It’s been almost a month now since I contacted them and still nothing. I was referred to this company by a friend/client of mine.

Spoke to Carlos who reached out immediately regarding my concerns. He was very friendly and understanding and apologized for the loss in communication due to the extensive requests for service he's been receiving via phone and email messages. His genuine concern speaks volumes and I believe he is doing all he can to meet the immediate needs of his customers. He will be contacting me in a few days to give me a quote. 😊

Nine months after our house was re-piped by the re-pipe company we have had no problems at all. Great company to work with and the service is very professional. We hired them to come back and install a water softening system for our house. Choosing them to work on our home and install a new water heater as well as new pipes was the best decision we could’ve made.

I hired The Repipe company few weeks ago and I do not regret it!!! The price was right, the work was very clean, and professional!!! After the plumbing was completed they even did my sheetrock and color matched my paint on the walls at no extra cost. I am super happy with the final results and highly recommend.

I just wanted to personally pass along my thanks for the re-pipe service that was recently provided. I have told many people in person about the professionalism I noticed from all involved and wanted to make sure I gave this review for others to see.
From the scheduling in early 2021 until the start and end of the install two days ago - each and every person that showed up to my home was the epitome of professionalism.
It also helped that the price that was quoted me last year was never changed and had already been the most reasonable of many quotes.

Although I failed to catch the names of those that came out to our residence, please let them know their work was greatly appreciated.

You don't see that kind of attention to detail in business anymore and this was the best experience as a homeowner that I have ever had.

This company has done right by me from day 1. I called and had several estimates to Repipe my house. This company was the better estimate. The owner Carlos came out to give the estimate and answered all my questions and concerns and gave 5⭐️ CUSTOMER SERVICE , something that’s hard to come by now a days.

Late last night, I had a major leak outside and thought the puddles were from rain. Come to find out a pipe was leaking at the threads. So I had to turn the water off to the house. I called REPIPE COMPANY after hours, they had a answering service that took down my information and Carlos called me that night, this all took place around 8-9pm and he said he didn’t have a tech in my area for tomorrow but said he was going to squeeze me in the schedule and they would come out between 4pm-6pm. I was ok with that because I TRUST THEM. Carlos called in the morning and said he was able to move the time up and it would be between 12-2pm. He came out fixed it and I’m GOOD AGAIN. If I ever need a plumber THE REPIPE COMPANY is who I will definitely call for all future plumbing repairs!!

This was a good company. The customer service has diminished quite a bit since the first time I used them. I complained about staff to the owner. He upheld the manner in which i was treated. That was it for me. Too many other plumber duing pex in Houston. I got the job done by another company. It was just fine.

I called a few places when I had a leak last month. Carlos and his team blew the competition out of the water. They were more available, more helpful and descriptive, lower cost, and incomparably better service.

Carlos has gained my trust as a lifetime customer. I happily recommend him to my friends.

I recently had issues with a pipe leaking outside. I called the re-pipe company. They came out right away and fixed my exterior pipe to my house. Haven't had an issue since. They did a great job and was reasonably priced and clean! I recommend everyone to call them first!

We had a total repipe of a 50 year old house. No Attic space and water heater was outside, and from the many other repipe company i visited they said it was a complicated job. But these guys did it very nicely from the Plumbers to the Sheetrockes. everyone was on time and really did try to keep everything clean. Best price and of course the new pipes were the best on the market. Good service really went beyond what there competitors said. Would highly recommend I am sure the experience would have been even better if our house was more traditionally setup.
