I called to have a new shut-off valve to replace the original circa 1990’s. Mikcah came out within the appointment time window to install a new one. These are VITAL to our homes that in case of any pipes burst or extended travel and one needs to be able to shut the water off at the house. I now have peace of mind knowing that that this upgraded handle will function in case of emergency.

Excellent service! I called them in the morning and they had someone come out in just under 2 hours. The technician was great. Explained the issue, provided advise and showed me before and after of the work. Everything was done professionally without any unnecessary upsell. The plumber not only unclogged the AC drain line from the attic to the bathroom sink but also made several improvements to the pipes and connections so that it's easy to maintenance going forward. Will definitely use this company again.

Shaun, your professionalism and efficiency were top notch. I called about a smell in my house. I thought for sure it was a sewer line. Shaun went to the house, checked my sewer lines, and determined that wasn't the cause of my concern. His next place to check was my hot water heater. He found that my hot water heater had some nasty water in it from the previous owner having an old well. He flushed my hot water heater, and left me a less smelly house. I'm so glad I found him!

After our horrible arctic freeze in Houston, they came out, found the cracks, and had my water back on in no time! So grateful for them. They gave me an appointment date and kept to it. Was so fearful of what the cost to repair was going to be, but they were very reasonably priced, and really just trying to help out our community. Am thinking of replacing the galvanized piping in the house and will definitely go to them for this job!!

During the trying past week, Shaun made a specific appoint time, arrived a little early, found not one but four burst pipes, and repaired them all. Checked the whole house for leaks, and left with a very grateful - and satisfied - customer. I highly recommend this business!

Update: We’ve had Shaun out a couple more times since my last review. Most recently was for our water heater that bit the dust. As usual, Shaun was a pleasure to work with. He continues to be communicative, on time, and reasonably priced. Glad we found him and we’ll continue to use him for any plumbing work we need.

Like so many others, we had a pipe burst from the recent freeze. I contacted a dozen plumbers with few responses. Shaun promptly responded to all my messages, which says a lot about how he runs his business. He even called when he had a cancellation and was able to get to us in 4 days earlier than expected. He did a great job on the repair, methodically making sure they didn’t miss any other leaks. He answered all of my questions respectfully and honestly. Plus, he didn’t break the bank.
