I am not one to normally write reviews but the excellent work I received from Corey definitely calls for it. I recently purchased my first home and I am in the process of turning it into a rental property. The house is about 30yrs old and needed some updates and improvements to get it to code. I called 3 other companies with them either not answering or returning my calls. Corey came out the same day and gave me a fair estimate. I could tell that the house needed a lot of work and Corey did it pretty fast considering everything that needed to be done. I could not be more happy with how everything turned out. This is the company I will use for all my electrical needs from now on.

Corey is very pleasant to work with and does a great job. He is conscientious and makes sure that he has what he needs to get the job done in a timely and professional manner. He’s great with communication and letting you know exactly what he’s doing to your home. We have used him personally for her own home and referred him professionally to other clients with our real estate business.

Cory was awesome. Came over to help troubleshoot some flickering LED lights on the ceiling fans that I installed. He went above and beyond in figuring out. Turns out I had installed one slightly incorrectly and that they both also needed some transistors to regulate the electrical current feeding into the light. I would definitely recommend Nealco services for all your electrical needs.

We just had electrical work done by Corey and couldn't be more pleased. He added recess and under counter lights plus hung pendant lights. My kitchen looks gorgeous. Corey also put up a ceiling fan for us and fixed a doorbell.

We have already requested an estimate for additional work we have been wanting done. Very professional and does an excellent job at very reasonable prices.

Recently had an electrical concern I could not pinpoint. I reached out to Corey and he made time around my work schedule to check the whole house and reassure me of an easy fix. He was already booked with other clients but created extra time to get the job done. He was extremely courteous, kept me informed of what he was doing, how long it would take, and everything I needed to know. Easy credit card payment. Added bonus of 5% discount to seniors and 5% discount to the military as well. Cory is the full service he claims to be on his website!

Corey is a Master Electrician, (as his credentials affirm) and we have come to know him as a professional who provides all the commitment, integrity, expertise, and service one can ever hope for! Recently, he has upgraded several light switches and outlets for us as well as has installed indoor lights, a fan and outdoor lighting around our home. He will soon return to install a new sub panel (“breaker box” for you old-schoolers, like us), as we have needed to update ours from 30 years ago. Nealco Electrical Services has provided great quality, professionalism, and peace of mind to our family and we highly recommend them!!

Corey was great. We called him last minute and he showed up the same day. We needed some outlets moved and he made short work of it. Half way through the project, my husband mentioned he would like another outlet added to the other side of the room and Corey took care of that too. We had lightning hit our house and knock out a bunch of appliances and damage the breakers. When I called that evening he responded quickly and once he was able to determine it wasn’t an immediate safety issue he was able to work me in the next day. He checked all the wiring and replaced all the issues with the sub panel. He also installed a whole home surge protector as well, which is something we wanted as well.

Corey resolved some issues with my home that the buyer wanted addressed. He arrived on time and did a great job. His prices are fair, and I will use his services when needed in the future.

I texted Corey Neal from Nealco Electrical Services, asking to install an EV charger in my garage. He was fast getting me a quote from some pictures I took, completed the install for a fair price, and did a quality job! When I raised a concern I had with the install, Corey was quick to take ownership and make things right without hesitation, and that meant a lot to me as a customer! Corey is an AMAZING electrician and you should hire him if you need ANY work done! He communicates quickly, is always on top of things, and gave me an amazing price on top of it all. Corey installed a new breaker for us and answered all of our questions about why we were experiencing tripping issues. While doing so, he looked over our panel setup and recommended certain upgrades - but not once did we feel like he was being dishonest and trying to get us to make changes that weren't pertinent. We were very happy with his estimates and the quality of his work!

This review is long overdue. We hired Corey to install under counter lighting and also add a permanent light in our under stairs pantry and also added track lighting into our media room. The pictures don't do it justice. Corey came in and did a great job explaining everything he was doing and did the job in just a day and a half. He also installed extra outlets. We couldn't be happier with his work. We highly recommend Corey and hope to use him for future projects.

I had a great experience with Nealco Electrical Services, LLC today. My air conditioner stopped working, and after a quick check, I found out the issue was a bad breaker that needed professional replacement. I quickly searched Google Maps and found Nealco.
