Simply amazing. ECC did the initial seal and wax on our floors several years ago and did a great job. Admittedly, we did not maintain the floors (VCT) properly. I thought we permanently damaged the floors because we did not use chair mats. We had huge black spots under the desks. They used a premium finish the first time so on the recent strip and wax job ALL the spots came up. The floors look remarkable!!!
Additionally, the crew was pleasant and the price was reasonable.

Evelyn and her team have always done an amazing job from actual janitorial services to customer service. From the beginning she has made the whole process effortless when it came to scheduling them to come out to our space for a walk through, quoting, paperwork agreements, and service itself. Express Commercial Cleaning gave me the lowest bid to clean my floors at my store. I needed a buffing, they came out and swept, mopped and then buffed the floors.
