We have been using Future Maids Bi-Weekly cleaning service and they are fantastic. Cleanimg is difficult for me because of health issues. Future maids have done a wonderful job. Everything is very clean and they take great care to ensure everything is perfect while they are here. It’s a great help to me. I highly recommend Future Maids.

Can't say I'd recommend.. we had a last minute move out clean performed on our empty house. The good: they were available with a days notice.. Cleaned the wooden floors well, and it was well dusted. The bad... Exorbitantly expensive for our move out clean. Blinds were cleaned but left out off there loops, pantry didn't look clean at all, and.applanaces were smeared, things like the cleaning the grout in the bathrooms and kitchen foor didn't look they had been attempted at all. All round poor experience.

I wanted 2 hours of service so I made a list of 2 hours worth of work for the maid. When she got there she said all she was supposed to clean was 1 bathroom and 1 room. That is not what we agreed on so I’m very disappointed. Can’t believe I paid $85 for 2 rooms to get cleaned and all she had time to do was the master bathroom and sweep/mop my kitchen floor. That’s it! Also she complained this was not her normal job, she hadn’t done cleaning since she was in her 20s and now she’s in her 50s and it’s harder for her. She was super slow and constantly asking me questions. Not professional at all.

I highly recommend future maids to anyone who is looking for someone to get down and dirty and get all of the nitty gritty cleaned up. Sabrina was amazing!!

I live in Pflugerville, TX. I am not happy at all with the service received Today. First she was a half an hour late from the arrival window given. “I’m sorry I missed my turn and that’s why I’m late.” Next after I got home to see the finished work I was completely underwhelmed and disappointed the more I looked around. Bed side tables were not dusted, book shelves not dusted. Two guitar cases leaning against a wall were not moved only vacuumed around them and left dirt, dust etc underneath. It is so apparent there was no attempt. Several places in my office were missed on the carpet. Stripes do not mean that it is finished. I have a glass shower enclosure and there is still soap residue left all over it, it’s foggy I can write my name in it with a finger. The stove top was pretty much the same, still greasy with lots of streaks and you can write on it with your finger. Multiple areas were just missed in the dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning. Some that were not missed were not done well at all. Definitely not a professional job, at all. I don’t recommend this service. it was definitely more expensive than it was worth and a let down to top it off. The owner seemed nice on the phone when we spoke and that’s about the best thing I can say about the company at this point.

I've been using Future Maids as my bi-weekly cleaning service for a few months now, and have been very pleased with their reliability and thoroughness. My schedule doesn't leave me much time for cleaning, so it's a huge relief to have someone taking care of the bigger jobs throughout my home. I highly recommended them!

We hired Future Maids for a 3 hour, one person cleaning. This option allowed us to choose which rooms and tasks we wanted her to complete for a very reasonable price. Perfect option if you don’t want to spend the money on a whole home cleaning. Will definitely book again!

The worst cleaning job I’ve ever had. I primarily use one other company but they were not available so figured I would try Future Maids since they had mostly good reviews. It was not worth it what so ever.

It was only two ladies that showed up, they were at my house for 65 minutes (way too short) and did the worst job ever.
Half the house wasn’t even dusted, their version of cleaning the blinds is whipping them with a rag.
Counters were wiped and rugs weren’t put back where they belonged.

They basically vacuumed and emptied the trash. Not worth $250.

Will never use again. I recommend finding another company.

I needed a full house cleaning service for a rental property I am selling. There was more work than expected, especially in the kitchen. Bonnie and crew worked into the late evening to complete the work. Their rates are very competitive and their attention to detail is what you want in a house cleaning service. Really well deserved review.

All I can say is WOW. I needed a last minute move out cleaning, and Future Maids Cleaning Service was able to get a crew out to me right away. Not only did they do a FANTASTIC job, but they went above and beyond their normal services. Hard-working, friendly, quick, and thorough... I'm so happy with this company that I'm hiring them for regular cleaning services at my new home 😊👍

I was recommended this company for an apartment move out and they did not disappoint. Everything was professionally cleaned from the blinds, tub, floors, cabinets, fridge/freezer to the oven! Well done for a bachelor pad and deposit return worthy. I would definitely use again.

Michelle was here on time and she was awesome! She was focused on her job and did it extremely well, things were moved to dust correctly, she even moved small tables and chairs around to vacuum as much as possible. My review is about the owner. Sabrina made it her duty to make corrections to my service that I was not happy about. I want to acknowledge her commitment to her mission statement. She reviewed with me my issues and personally made sure that I was happy when she left. That alone is a sign of a professional and dedicated business. I hope this helps someone. If not, kudos and thanks to Sabrina for running a company that wants to do better, in a world where most do not care.

I've been using them for 6 months for bi monthly cleaning. They are always prompt and professional. Highly recommend them. I also used them to do a move out clean for a prior rental property and we got back all of our deposit, so worth it! Prices are reasonable and can be paid either online or through the Housecall app.

I had my initial clean the other day and I must say I was pleased. The house was very dusty from our pets and had not been thoroughly cleaned in several months or more. Knowing this I asked for a two person team vice the normal one person. They spent about 4hrs in my 2300 sq. ft. house and did a great job; only missed dusting a few things. They even got the dog slobber spots off the stainless steal refrigerator 😄. I have decided to have repeat cleanings every two weeks and feel confident the house will be cleaned as well, or better, than it was this first time. Thank you.

DO NOT RECOMMEND! My daughter was moving out of her apartment, and I decided to hire a move out cleaning service to help us out. There was not much cleaning to do, since my daughter kept her apartment very clclean. The person I spoke to on the phone was very nice & professional. I thought it was TOO expensive right off the bat, but they were available immediately. They showed up the next day, to which we had agreed. When I received the email receipt, we went back to the apartment to check & close up before returning the keys. The living room had been vacuumed only in the center, not detailed against the wall, it was VISIBLY dirty. The closet had not been touched. The sink still had mop water, so it was dirty. The kitchen floor had not been touched, VISIBLY dirty as well. Considering there was little to do, I paid WAY too much for what little was done. I called them to speak to someone, left a couple messages, and now 1 week later, still no one has called me back. To add insult to injury, the email requested a tip for service.

These guys are amazing! The customer service is better than anything I have seen in years. The service is second to none. Very professional. Took the time to get to know us and what we really wanted to see in our house. Even took the time to get to know our family dog so that she did not have to stay crated the whole time. The product at the end was truly worth every penny and then some! Very detail oriented. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the area looking for a reliable, highly professional cleaning service.
