Quality Clean Services is exactly as advertised! Excellent quality at a reasonable rate! I have used several other services in the past, but Quality Clean offers me the same cleaner (Jacinda - so thankful for her!) who knows my preferences and meets all of my needs. All of their employees speak English and are paid a fair wage (which leaves me with the option of tipping or not). I know who's coming to my house and don't need to worry. In addition, any concerns I have had have been addressed immediately. I would highly recommend this cleaning service!!!

We love our bi-weekly service with Quality Clean. Jackie does a great job managing her staff, and our house cleaner Jacinda is always on time, efficient, and friendly. We have 5 pets, and Jacinda is great with our animals, and helps us stay on top of the mess! We love seeing her every week. Especially our cat Montgomery, who follows her around everywhere she goes!

Sabrina is a gem. She comes every 2 weeks. Changes the bed linens. Makes our walk-in shower spotless. She was even able to get rid of the terrible hard water spots.

Clean counters & floors. Dust disappears. We love her.

This is the first, and certainly not the last time, we’ve used Quality Cleaning in Pflugerville. Jackie was so kind and responsive, as well as being upfront about the price. We had gotten a quote from another company, and they wanted nearly $250 for a deposit alone. This company comes and cleans your home first, THEN you pay after! Also, they’re SO competitively priced, and the job they did in our home was phenomenal. Our floors, bathrooms, and appliances are like brand new. We don’t normally spring on professional cleaning, but this was well worth the cost and we will happily recommend this company to anyone looking for a quality deep-clean with a personal small-business touch to it! Thank you again Jackie & Quality Cleaning! You’ll be hearing from us again!

We love having Monique clean our house. Shes been coming for years and always leaves our house styled like a hotel. She does more than just cleaning, she folds the hand towels and sets the couch pillows, etc. Little things like that make my house look put together and presentable. She always comes in a great mood and is very personable. I didn’t know she also unclogs the drains when they don’t drain. She found out my son was spitting his carrots into the sink LOL! We have Franny come when Monique can’t and recommend her just as well.

I switched to Quality Clean Services after being with The Cleaning Authority for many, many years. Unfortunately, their quality of service went down and I had to look elsewhere. I’m so glad I found Quality Clean. Jackie and the crew have always been kind and attentive. Monique has cleaned my house for years now and it’s the best feeling to come home to having a clean house after working non-stop. When things change in my house Monique always goes the extra mile to help keep me a little more sane by taking care of the little things (I noticed the clean bedroom French door glass, Monique!).
I’ve got a few weird quirks about things too, and how I like them to be, and Monique always remembers. I don’t know what I’d do without you, girl! Thank you for taking care of me and for always going above and beyond!!! It’s so rare these days ❤️

I recently began using Quality Clean Services again and I am so glad we did! Kayla comes to our house every other week and does a fantastic job! My husband and I are retired and not able to do a lot of basic chores anymore. Kayla is thorough and leaves our house sparkling. She is also a sweet person and is great with our dog, who loves her.

I am 8.5 months pregant and care for a toddler so cleaning is challenging for me right now. I had Isabel come do a monthly clean for me today and was absolutely impressed. She was efficient, polite, and professional. Isabel and her coworker did an excellent job and I am excited to have them back next month. I am so grateful someone reccomended this service to me and even grabbed an extra card so that another family member can start using them as well!

Kayla does a wonderful job on our house! She is kind, professional, consistent, and our pets love her too. On the random times I’ve been home when she comes, I see how excited the dogs are to see her! It’s so nice coming home to a clean house and knowing our dogs weren’t stressed with someone else there.
The company seems to run smoothly and they are good about looking ahead and adjusting for holidays and schedule changes. I appreciate how easy communication has been!

My house in Cedar Park was for sale for several months after I moved abroad. Quality Cleaning Services kept it in great shape until the closing. Jackie was super responsive and flexible, even with the time difference, and helped arrange everything remotely. After the final clean, I got photos to ensure everything looked good. I strongly recommend!

I had never hired anyone to clean house for me before. But my husband passed away a couple of years ago and, after a long illness followed by his passing, things had really gotten out of hand. Over the last 6 months I finally felt like getting things in order again, and did significant work on what I would call "normal" house cleaning. But I really needed the detailed stuff to be done. I hired Quality Clean Services for a deep cleaning of my 2 story home. So disappointed in the results. They did get cobwebs down from ceilings, and cleaned my ceiling fans. Of course they also did "normal" cleaning (dust, vacuum, etc.) But even that was sub-par. Photos attached. I also tested my tile floors to see how clean they were - wiped a damp paper towel over them. They're still quite dirty! (though not visibly so to the naked eye - but that was already true). My shower floor and the moldy corners look just like they did before they "cleaned" it. The shower door wasn't too bad to begin with except around the edges -- and well, you see the bottom edge was still left dirty. Huge cobweb behind my bathroom door. Dead insects left on the window sill above my entry way. I looked under my master bed, (which rests on a wood floor) - and the 2 1/2 yrs of dirt, dust, cobwebs under the head of the bed are all still there. Small bathroom baseboards look great. the other baseboards still look quite dirty (as you can see in the photos). I definitely will not be hiring these people again. "Service" was provided on October 24, 2025 and definitely not worth the $250 I paid (after tax)!
