We had a first experience with this company and owner Tim. He / they trimmed two mature oaks for us. We were very pleased with all aspects... communication, diligence, value. Highly recommend.

Service was amazing. Communication was great! Had a large cottonwood taken down. They did a wonderful job!!! I do recommend and will be using services again in the future!

Integrity tree service did a wonderful job on the trees in our front and backyard. We also asked them to trim our shrubs and they did a great job on those too! Very fair price and professional job, and I will absolutely recommend to anyone needing tree service.

I have been needing my two front trees trimmed for months. They came over and helped me figure out what needed to be cut to still maintain the beauty of my oaks while also making me happy lol
They came and began trimming a few days later, cleaned up and left and I couldn’t be more happy!

I’m not even sure where to start with our amazing experience with Integrity Tree Service! After getting 5 other conflicting, confusing & extremely overpriced quotes from various companies we were feeling hopeless. I felt like any time I spoke with other companies they were not listening to what we were requesting & just giving us the full quote for work we did not want at the time.

Then I had a phone call with Tim & he quickly affirmed how we were feeling with our previous experiences/quotes & he truly listened to what we were looking for. Tim came out the next day to assess the situation with the 2 concerning trees. We had a 60+ foot pecan tree which was leaning toward the home & beginning to uproot, we also had a 60+ foot oak tree with some very large limbs over the home & some suffocating a magnolia tree we wanted to save. After his visit he provided me with multiple quotes for various amounts of work that gave more flexibility for different price points so we could choose something we were comfortable with, we had not gotten this from anyone else despite requesting it. All other companies pushed their own agenda & the highest price points possible, but not Tim!

Tim & his crew scheduled us quickly after we confirmed we wanted to hire them & the work they did was quick, clean & everything looks so great!! We had requested the trunk of the pecan tree be left at a safe height so that IF it fell in the future the house would not be in danger & they did exactly that! Tim also confirmed with so much weight off the tree that the trunk would not fall. They were even willing to leave many smaller & larger logs neatly behind so that we can sell the larger logs & use the smaller for firewood (which we requested)! We couldn’t be happier with choosing Integrity Tree Service & I will be recommending them to anyone & everyone I know!! Can’t wait to use them for future jobs. If you need any work done, don’t bother calling anyone else!

Tim Hayes and his crew showed up on time and worked three hours, finishing the job in a timely manner. When they finished trimming the trees and taking out the dead limbs, they cleaned up underneath the trees. Our trees and yard look amazing. Tim was great and informative on the tree service that I needed. I had new trees when the snow-pocolypse hit in 2021. They did bounce back and begin growing but one didn’t survive so Tim took it out for me and trimmed the other one up making it look as it should. Honest and reliable company! 10 out of 10 recommend! 🤗

Tim Hayes and his crew at Integrity Tree Service are awesome. This is the 3rd time I have used them. They can handle anything big or small. They clean up the area and dispose of all of the waste. They are reasonably priced. I will definitely use them again. My property looks great!

I had a really good experience with Tim and Integrity Tree Service. He was recommended by a neighbor and was easy to contact. Tim came out and gave me a very competitive quote and had the job knocked out all within a few days. The crew did a great job, left my trees looking fantastic and cleaned up all the trimmings. I can't say enough about how great this tree service was!!! We got several free quotes, and this was the best price by far. They did a great job, we will definitely use them in the future for our trees, and I'll be recommending them to family and friends. The pictures don't do the work justice, our trees look so clean and beautiful.

41 yrs. of being here in Austin, we've had other Tree Service companies. Integrity Tree Service is by far the most outstanding company we've ever worked with. Tim Hayes, the owner, has been in the Tree business since he graduated from high school. One of our tree limbs, (1/3 of our tree), cracked from the storm winds back a couple of weeks ago. Tim and his crew,(Nathaniel, Rolando and Steven), did an amazing job. Honestly, our lawn, sidewalk and driveway were seriously pristine before they left. They are definitely the best in the business and affordable! In this day and age INTEGRITY is hard to come by in a business. Tim and crew are honest, hardworking, and they care about their workmanship.

Quick, efficient, professional. I had to cut down a few branches from a tree hanging over my house. I gave them a call, put the branches at the curb, and they had everything cleared in like 10 minutes.

They did a great job trimming our live oak tree in our back yard. They were very professional and cleaned up afterwards. I am pretty disappointed about the second job they did for us. They were rushed and did not do the same quality of work. It was overpriced for the work that was done. That is the reason why I rated them at 4 instead of 5.

Areli, came out for a quote on a very timely manner. A very fare price for me. Explained every detail. Simply , without trying to over sell. He was the first to come out. I decided to call 3 others vendors. The next one came and way higher than his quote. And the other two never even showed up. The job was done when he said. Excellent workers, professional and kind. My trees have never looked better. Thank you.
