Levi did an amazing job trimming and straightening my trees especially after getting hit with the ice storm! He’s was very responsive, gave me options, and was very professional! I love that they’re a family owned business. I would highly recommend Phillips Trio Tree Service!

I called Phillips Trio Tree Service and asked for a quote, the next day Levi came to the property and gave the bid. He and his crew were able to complete the job within the week. Phillips Trio Tree Service was the first to respond to a Yelp request for service, came out to give a very reasonable and competitive quote and were able to start abs complete the job to my specifications (and their recommendation) the same day. They're getting out of lawn maintenance to focus exclusively on servicing trees. On their last visit to my home, they broke the gate to my fence. I had already paid them for the service before I noticed the broken gate so I was out that cash.

When I called to discuss the issue with the fence, the owner sputtered and stammered and insisted that they weren't the ones that broke it.
If you look at the attached photographs, you can clearly see the tire tracks on the ground corresponding to damage to the front of the gate.

Accidents happen. I get it. If they had just been willing to own up to damaging my property, I probably wouldn't even be writing this review. Unfortunately, this situation was handled without integrity.

Tree branches are heavy, if something gets damaged when they're servicing your property, don't you want to be able to trust that they'll do the right thing?

Great company! Have used them several times. They are quick to respond and can handle any tree work. This last time we added some landscaping. Very reasonable prices and they are good at cleaning up! My go-to tree guys!

I needed five trees trimmed and groomed which included some roots trimmed and another one removed. Phillips responded to my inquiry in one day and scheduled me for the very next day, I found their work to be exactly as I requested and their price to be in line with another quote that I got. Where to even begin! My first contact was with Levi and he was super responsive to my call and questions. Was updating flower beds, needed 3 trees removed, trees trimmed and flower bed torn out and replaced. He sent me 3 different quotes which spelled out different techniques for tree removal. I accepted one of the quotes and to my PLEASANT surprise, he told me they could come work the very next afternoon. They arrived early, were super professional and all I can say is WOW! They do amazing work and clean up all debris afterwards. The look of the trees and flower bed now is such a remarkable difference. Prices were fair, and if you are looking for someone who knows what they are doing...stop your look and call Levi. You will not regret it!!!
