I’m giving 5 stars because the service was wonderful, Stephen was very polite and explained everything in detail. He set reasonable expectations and was able to answer all my questions. He was very friendly and professional. Definitely will be recommending him for my service in the future. My floors currently look great. They have not dried yet. Once everything settles. I can give a honest review on the results. Overall, my experience with company has been great no complaints or concerns and definitely looking forward to using them again, if needed.

Trey was a great communicator who let me know when he was on the way and what exactly he was doing. There was complete transparency in how much it would cost to get all the carpet in my house cleaned as well as letting me know that certain paints on my carpet wouldn't be able to come out with their cleaning. Pricing was fair and I got great service so I would definitely recommend this company.

Stephen did a great job cleaning my area rugs and second-hand chair. He walked me through their process and explained the benefits of their products. He was very professional and everything was so clean when he was done. I will be asking for Stephen again when I need my next service!

Zerorez cleaned the carpets in our rental house. The photos show a before-and-after view of the flex room. The difference is incredible! I'm giving just 4 stars. I wasn't impressed with our tech at all. Overall I'd recommend this company for your floor cleaning needs.

ZeroRez was easy to setup my appointment online. Everyone I interacted with was very professional, friendly, and were also very upfront with pricing.
I can't say enough about my technician, Trey. Super friendly and knowledgable guy. We will definitely be having Trey back out soon to clean the tile in our house.

I recently had my carpets cleaned by Zerorez, and my service provider, Josh, did an excellent job. Although he arrived behind schedule due to being overbooked, he more than made up for it with the quality of his work. He was courteous, professional, and very thorough — while still moving efficiently and getting everything done quickly.

I have 3 dogs and have been using ZeroRez for years at my homes in Atlanta and Florida and was always pleased with the results. Now I use them in Austin. I called and Brad immediately came out and cleaned and deodorized my stairs, hallway, and primary bedroom. The carpet looks brand new!! All stains gone!! Amazing!!

Raul did a great job! He cleaned our master shower and glass and upstairs shower and the glass is perfectly clean now, whereas before it had lots of hard water stains that we couldn't remove. He also cleaned the tile in both showers and the floor tile in the master and the other bathroom downstairs, and sealed everything. He cleaned everything and didn't leave any mess and he was very courteous. He also took the time to explain how to maintain the glass and tile. Thank you Raul!

Emerson did an amazing job on our move out cleaning! I would highly recommend using Zerorez for your next cleaning. They did not disappoint. I don’t leave a very dirty house. But I hadn’t cleaned my carpets professionally in one year and he made this look like new. 🎉🎉🎉

Trey did an amazing job! Our carpet is old and had pet stains, Trey got rid of them! Another technician came to help and they cleaned super fast. I tried another company in the past but I’ll definitely keep Zerorez as the one for carpet cleaning. Super recommend it.

Zerorez had availability on the Saturday of the same week I contacted to schedule which was great for our schedule. Our technician, Emerson, was prompt, professional, and friendly. He called ahead of time to let us know his estimated arrival time. He made recommendations based on condition of our carpets. Service was great. I’d use Zerorez again and recommend them to others.

Fantastic job! Super polite and friendly. I’ve had foster dogs, old dogs, rescue dogs… they all seem to want to baptize my carpet, multiple times. 😩 Zerorez got ALL of the stains out of my ivory colored carpet in three bedrooms and a treasured wool area rug, and left everything looking fresh and new and smelling great! Tech was on time, dressed professionally. He offers other services but not in a pushy way. He cleaned up and returned all of his equipment back to his truck. Came back ask me to review his work. Presented me digital invoice. It was five star service!

We have used Zerorez for our rental property and the results are always awesome. We recently bought a home that had carpet in the kids' rooms that had seen some use! We called Zerorez, they squeezed us in so we had clean carpet when we moved in! The results were once again outstanding!
