I had a great experience with Mike and the team at Steam Heroes. They did an amazing job cleaning my carpets, especially getting rid of the dog odor, which was my main concern. The high traffic areas, like the stairs, were a bit tougher, but overall difference is very noticeable and my home feels much fresher.

Had an emergency need for carpet cleaning on a Saturday and Arving was able to fit me in when others wouldn't. He did a fabulous job on the spots that needed treatment. Had him return to do a full cleaning and the place looks beautiful! I can easily recommend for your needs.
