This company went out of its way to help me! I moved out of state and during the time between my leaving and the service appointment, my house developed a water leak. Chris and his team worked with my realtor to reschedule and work around the issue. They are fantastic!

Chris worked miracles on very dirty carpet. The house had been a rental, and pets made a mess of the carpet. There were also other stains. Chris cleaned the carpet thoroughly and did an excellent job! He and his assistant were punctual, professional, and polite. I could not have asked for anything better that the service Chris provided!

Chris and his team from Mean Green Carpet Cleaning are very professional and knowledgeable and fair priced for the amount of work they performed. I had a leak that ran through two walls and Mean Green removed the baseboards, drilled through the walls set fans on the walls and pulled the wet carpet and pad. They had to come back for three days to check the moisture level in the walls before they were finally able to replace the pad and stretch and clean the carpet.

Mean Green Carpet Cleaning did a fantastic job on my carpet and I highly recommend them for carpet, tile & upholstery cleaning and repair.

Chris was very communicative and responded quickly to quotes, texts, calls. He removed a horrible pet stain from my upholstery that had been there for about a year. I recommend and am very happy with his business and for being able to fit me into his schedule so quickly!

Chris was so nice and also professional. My grandson's nose bled on both the living room rug and all the way up my carpeted stairs. Chris worked on this challenge until he knew I was completely satisfied. He called several times just to follow up and make sure I was satisfied. I will call him again for any rug issue that I have. He also took my entryway rug that takes heavy traffic back to his shop and worked on it. It came back amazing! Can't say enough good things about this company.

Honestly, we had a lot of pet stains/dirt stains in our carpet that had accumulated over the years. Mean Green was THE ONLY service (out of several) that were able to come in and completely remove them. The carpet looks brand new and Chris was incredibly knowledgable and helpful about the process. Would 1000% recommend them for any carpet cleaning job!

In a word, Excellent, definitely worth the 5 stars. Chris was in constant communication up to the appointment time, had some changes but they were OK and met our needs, I guess the best thing about them I can say is we are already looking at having some additional work done by them.

My kitchen, laundry and primary bathroom are tile and in need of both tile and grout cleaning. Having used Chris with Mean Green Carpet Cleaning on numerous occasions to clean the carpet and upholstery clients, as I am a Realtor. He does such a great job that I decided to have him clean my grout. It was as always a great job and my floors look spectacular. Cannot recommend Chris and his service highly enough. He's the best.

Chris and his team really helped us out in a pinch when our previous landlord required professional carpet cleaning as a surprise at our move out. I called at 5pm last minute and the next day they were out and all done with work by 1pm. Chris has awesome communication and a very professional and friendly demeanor, we will absolutely be using this service again in the future!

Chris is so good at what he does! I am very happy with my clean carpet! It looks wonderful and my whole house smells so fresh! I have him back most every year as I am very pleased with his work and I also like supporting a small, individually-owned business.
P.S. I didn't write this but can agree with it. He always gets the pet stains out. Carpet is old but looks great!
