We had a slow leak in a hot water line that ran through the slab from a bathroom wall to a kitchen wall. Andrew and Ben from O & M were very responsive and rerouted the line via the attic. They are now our plumbing company of choice, highly recommended.

Andrew just got done assessing my low pressure issue and was able to remediate within minutes. Great guy, great service!

I had to get a hydrostatic test after my home got foundation work done and had a couple breaks. Ben and Alex were fast, knowledgeable, and professional. They kept me in the loop and explained what was going on throughout the whole process. They were also $100 cheaper on the hydrostatic test then the other plumber I was referred to.

Andrew and Chris did an excellent job handling multiple projects at my home that I had been procrastinating for a while. They installed a new shower valve which required replacing some old galvanized piping, replaced a toilet, replaced a lavatory faucet and replaced a lavatory faucet cartridge. They worked efficiently to get everything done, completed the job at the low end of the price estimate, and left my home clean and tidy. I would highly recommend O&M Plumbing Services and specifically Andrew and Chris.

I hired O&M Plumbing in October for a hydrostatic test and paid $299. Despite following up, I never received a full report. When I spoke with the owner directly, he assured me that after making the necessary repairs, he would return to redo the test for $250. Unfortunately, when the time came, he claimed he didn’t recall our conversation and charged me the full amount.

I only do business with companies that keep their word, and this experience has been extremely frustrating—especially given the repeated, costly payments. To make matters worse, instead of easily obtaining the report I already paid for, I had to go through an AI representative and an overseas rep just to finally get it delivered.

If you value honesty, accountability, and straightforward service, I cannot recommend O&M Plumbing.

Chris from O &M Plumbing was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and did a great job with relocating a gas line behind our stove. It was a little tricky, but he figured it out and happily made adjustments so the fixture could be recessed in the wall. I’m very happy with his work. ! He cleaned up after himself, reconnected the gas range, and tested the fittings before leaving.

Andrew and team were on-time and flexible for arrival. They were courteous and respectful. They provided many updates on progress. The did a great job and were quick. We had a tankless and replaced customer valve job. Both were completed without a hitch. I definitely appreciate the level and quality of service.

I called O & M Plumbing yesterday with a water heater that had gone out! Andrew came today and was super patient with all of my questions --- as I literally know nothing about them! He provided me with several options from repair to replace with as much information as I needed to make a decision with absolutely no pressure. I decided a replacement was the wisest option at this time and within 3 hours a new one was here and installed. Couldn't be more pleased with the professionalism, courtesy and education he provided!

We had foundation repair. Chris came out to make sure there were no issues and the water pressure. He was very professional and knowledgeable.

Heather got us set up within a day and Andrew was great! He let us know our options since our leak source wasn't visible and made sure our shutoff valves worked (they had been sticking). He even offered to install our flapper we had bought already. Super nice and helpful. We absolutely will keep O & M as our plumbers.

Landon was fantastic!! We haven't had proper working hot water since we moved into our house 11 years ago!! He came in, was very knowledgeable, made us feel like he really knew what he was talking about and did the job the same day which resulted in hot water in every faucet for the first time!! Not to mention he is just a very down to earth, friendly guy. We will definitely be using him again in the future and highly recommend him to everyone!! 😁

I had O&M out to replace my home owner water shutoff and PRV. Landen came out and did a fantastic job and didn't mind me hanging out learning about the work while he completed it.

We have use O&M plumbing for years and we are thankful to have a plumber we can trust. We once again were in need of a plumber and Andrew went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of. This is the 2nd time I use O&M plumbing services. This time I had a water leak that wasn't visible. Andrew came and it was determined that the leak was outside. Andrew did a great job. He answered all my questions and the job was done quick. I appreciate the quick turnaround since I was losing about 7gph. I highly recommend O&E.

I had an emergency with my gas line and O&M Plumming services was able to find my leak an repair it with minimal damage to my ceiling. They were professional and coordinated with all the other service I needed at the time. I am very glad they were able to help me so quickly! Very friendly and helpful. Superb work!
