Landon was super. He explained everything carefully and got my water heater service done quickly. I appreciate the time he took talking me through the different texts he ran. A+ service!

Quick scheduling. Showed up on time. Very fair price. Chris did good work. Repaired a tub faucet where the copper stub was too short… had just been capped. Soldered on a threaded extension and installed the faucet. I eventually ended up removing the caulk & tightening the faucet to get it closer to the tile, then re-caulking in a matching color to the grout. See pictures of original work & distance from the tile. Still, I was glad to have the copper pipe soldered well making the rest of the job easy.

O & M plumbing guys are great guys. They were not out to make a quick buck from stranded home owners with issues from the recent Texas freeze. Helped me out when I had a pipe burst and water was shut off.

We needed to replace our waterheater. I called a few different plumbing companies on Wednesday but only O&M Plumbing called me back shortly after I had left my message. I'm still waiting for call backs from the other companies. Landen came out early the next day and installed a new waterheater. He was friendly, knowledgeable and worked steadily to get everything installed and cleaned up. We would use them again if needed.

Andrew immediately diagnosed the problem with my low pressure (an ancient water-softener failed, finally), and did not charge me! He prepared an estimate for a replacement and delivered it within an hour. Outstanding service, cannot recommend more highly.

What a great company! Landen came out and did some work for us and he was very professional. The young man is courteous, very knowledgeable and loves working for this company! Thanks O&M! Aaron did a great job replacing our builder-grade faucets and drains from 1996! The drain is faster now too! I love it. This was my 3rd time hiring O&M, and I’m delighted that I’ve got a go-to for whatever happens to come up around the house. Fast turnaround time too for getting the service appointment scheduled. O&M has become my go to plumbing company! I initially used O&M when I had my foundation leveled to detect for any leaks, they were reasonably priced and transparent on next steps if needed. I reached out to them recently for a smaller job and they had me scheduled, confirmed and fixed fairly quick for a non-emergency leak. After consulting 3 other plumbers to replace my specific tankless water heater, Andrew came and was able to source it immediately. Installation was very smooth and customer service from Andrew and Heather (in the office) has been excellent! I am excited to have a plumber now that can solve my house problems!

Chris from O&M came out to give us a free estimate on fixing a broken sewer pipe. He's friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and patient in explaining and answering my questions. I couldn't be more satisfied with his level of service.

Andrew did a very good job. He was thorough and professional while allowing me to ask questions. The scope of the project was to install a new toilet and replace the angle stop. Total price was $614.00 which included a $100.00 pick up fee of the toilet from Home Depot. It was more expensive than I would have thought though.

I live in the Pflugerville area, and my water bill suddenly went way up. I had no idea what was going on with my water system. Chris, the technician, came out and took his time checking everything carefully. He made sure everything inside the house was fine and suggested the issue might be with my irrigation system instead. He was very kind and even gave me some leak detection tablets to check my toilets.

I had called a few other companies before, but O & M Plumbing was honestly the best experience I’ve had in the Austin area. Highly recommend them!

O & M responded very quickly, and arranged a convenient time with my tenant. Landon diagnosed and explained what caused water to back up into the kitchen sink and dishwasher. He gave me options and then took care of the problem. In addition, the work is guaranteed for a year. I'm very impressed with this company and my tenants are happy too.

Chris was so kind and helpful, he really took the time to explain the possible reasons for our water bill going up. Which meant showing us toilet pitfalls and what to look out for in the future. He also walked us thru the process of using the warranty on our shower cartridge for a reduced price on a future job. He was a straight shooter and just an enthusiastic presence, we are genuinely looking forward to calling O&M Plumbing once that part comes in.

Such a great experience. They were very kind, clean, and careful, and left everything neat when they finished. They double-checked that the stovetop worked perfectly after installation and did an excellent job. I would absolutely use them again.

I've used O and M Plumbing on multiple projects (both residential and multi-family). Ben, Heather, Andrew, and everyone else in the company has been great work with and always provided excellent customer service. Communication was great from start to finish and the guys onsite did a great job explaining the situation to me each time.

Camera service: Ben and his team provide excellent camera services to check and confirm drain lines. They also provide video footage that can be saved and shared as needed.

Emergency service: Ben and his team saved the day for me multiple times as we needed to diagnose issues and solve them quickly.
