Once we were under contract a few months later we needed to address the plumbing issue before closing. We had Austin Area Plumbing replace two toilets for us and Alex did a great job! He was professional, efficient and polite! He accomplished the replacements in a minimal amount of time and we appreciated how he cleaned up everything!
We had been also been experiencing low water pressure and Alex did a water pressure test. He explained what was causing the issue and how to resolve it.
We had him come back to replace the Pressure Regulating Valve located outside by the street and he and his team did an awesome job replacing the valve and pipe! We had regular water pressure once they were done!

These guys are fantastic. During the big freeze in early Feb, these guys made it out the minute they could to help get our water running again - our water softener split and filled the pipes with resin beads - and then again 2 weeks later the install a new softener.
