They were very professional and prompt. My tankless water heater was installed properly and they hauled off the old unit. Now I'm getting hot water on demand for all my family. I should've made the change a long time ago. Anyways I recommend them and I will use them again

They gave me a quote for a water repair but it was not worth repair instead we decided to replace it. We got a 50-gallon gas Rheem water heater. They replaced all the supply lines and installed an expansion tank. I'm very pleased with their job at my house

They came to help me with my plumbing problem. It was late at night and only they answered the phone. Great service and great people to work with. I recommend them.

They did a repipe work for my house in Austin. This is a rental and the tenant called me to inform me the city sent a notification of a potential water leak due to a sudden increase in the water bill. I had them come over to find the water leak and after founding a slab leak they gave me the best quote out of 3 other plumbing companies in the area. They did an excellent job and will have their contact ready to call them for any other plumbing need

Tib is a best plumber in TX or in any state that is matter. Got my self in a jam as my fiber internet installer drilled into my sprinkler water line. This will halt the installation until it gets resolve. Call Tib and he knew I was stressed about this situation. He came out immediately. Also found that my sprinkler shutoff valve is broken. He fixed both in no time and we were able to resume out initial project.

Tib and his son Raul are truly excellent plumbers. They know their craft backwards and forwards, they communicate well, they’re extremely professional, and they charge fair prices. They also show great initiative and come up with creative solutions to difficult problems. And also, they’re great guys and fun to talk to.

I will be using them for all future plumbing work at my house. They were highly recommended to me by the prior homeowner here, and now I understand why. I’d give them more than five stars if I could!

Tib has come out and done a few jobs for me and the work has always been done quickly and correctly. He has been very responsive and has even come out on short notice. As a client that is greatly appreciated. He has a great attitude and loves what he does. Would highly recommend.

I almost never write a review but Tib really deserves it. First and foremost, Tib loves his job; he looks forward to helping you fix the problem. He has helped me with a variety of issues, including installing a sink in a laundry room and a filtration system for the house, fixing a water heater, and installing a toilet. In every occasion, he thinks through the problem and comes up with a solution. He does NOT cut corners, leaves everything clean (cleaner than before the job!), and his prices are reasonable; in fact, plumbing companies can't compete in price because there is no middle man! His kids work with him and it is great to see a father teaching his kids the profession he loves.

Was having some drainage issues with my HVAC and they immediately were able to help fix the issue. They also helped when my disposal stopped working and needed a special tool to help dislodge debris. Can't recommend them enough. Fast service, great pricing, family owned and operated.
