Justin is professional, knowledgeable and very fair on price. We had a sewer drainage issue and he went above and beyond to advocate for us once it was found to be a city issue.

If you are in need of a plumber, let me recommend my neighbor, Justin Cook. This morning I had an emergency, and was in need of a plumber. He and his wife were quick, efficient, and fixed my problem. I highly recommend this family business, and will not hesitate to use them again!!

We had a need to add a new hot water heater, mud sink, and washer and dryer hookups, and tie in to our septic to our garage for our attached mother-in-law quarters (because we're going to start using it for my mother-in-law).

We hired Tortuga for the plumbing aspect of the job, and we couldn't be happier with his work.

Overall I felt like we got a lot of quality work done for a fair & reasonable price, in a very limited time window (before the in-laws moved in). They were both very polite and respectful in listening to ask and understanding our needs. With Justin's experience and expertise he spotted an oversight with our plans and suggested simple changes that would leave us happier in the long run.

Knowing what I know now, if I had to do it all over again, I would've saved myself a couple of days by calling Tortuga first.

He will be my #1 stop if and when I need plumbing work done in the future.

Tortuga has my high recommendations for anyone in need plumbing work.

Also, I'd like to point out that there has to be some humorous irony in the business name, because they are the opposite of slow. It would've taken me 6 weeks to do not near as good the work that they knocked out in a day and a half.

1st class all the way. Best plumber I have ever dealt with by far. They were on time at every meeting and the price was what I was told at the 1st meeting. Easy to communicate with and uses modern billing technologies. I would recommend on any style job.

This mom and pop plumbing company were the best. Their quote was actually reasonable. The quality of the work is fantastic. It didn’t take all day either. Highly recommend them for any and all your plumbing needs. Before and after photos.

This guy is amazing. He worked with me on my schedule and he came out after hours after I got off work. Great communicator. And he did a great job job flushing my water heater. Highly recommended.

WE had a unit water line break, called and they arrived with in a few minutes . Quickly found the break and ran a temporary line to get water back on to the unit till the excavation and replacement line could be installed. The lines were replaced and we are very pleased with the quality of the work and the cost for the repair was lower than quoted by others. Best part is they showed up when they said and performed professional work below the estimate on time ! - this is very rare today from any contractors today. We recommend and are using then on our other property's.
