Absolutely fantastic experience! After I mentioned my allergy concerns, the team quickly scheduled a visit and sent Frederick out within just a few days. He thoroughly cleaned all our air ducts in about an hour, paying close attention to every detail. The whole process was smooth and professional. Now, our air feels fresher and cleaner, which is perfect for the hot Texas weather. Highly recommend their air duct cleaning services!

frederick cleaned our dryer vent and did a fantastic job with the air duct cleaning. he even went up on the roof to remove lint from the top of the ductwork, making sure everything was clear. he was friendly and took time to explain the whole process to me. i've already told my neighbor about this air duct cleaning company in pilot point. they made everything simple and easy, and the office staff was also really helpful.

I am extremely satisfied with the air duct cleaning service I received. Roger was both friendly and professional throughout the whole process. We needed our dryer vent cleaned, and he also noticed a small repair was necessary, which he took care of with no problem. Roger worked quickly and was careful to respect our home, both inside and outside. I would definitely use this company in Pilot Point again if I need air duct or dryer vent cleaning in the future.

I had an excellent experience getting my air ducts cleaned! From start to finish, it was definitely worth every penny. Roger, the manager, explained exactly what makes for a good air duct cleaning service and gave me helpful information about the process. After learning more and talking with Roger, I decided to switch from another company I had originally booked and chose this team instead. It was one of the best decisions I’ve made since moving into my home. The crew arrived right on time. Frederick and Jared were very knowledgeable and kept me updated throughout the entire cleaning. The previous homeowners had a husky, and it was clear the air ducts hadn’t been cleaned in a long time—there was a lot of pet hair and dust built up. The air in my home was really bad, but Frederick and Jared carefully cleaned out every single duct, taking their time to make sure the job was done right. They explained each step to me and answered all my questions. Their customer service went above and beyond my expectations. They worked hard to remove all the dirt and blockages, and now my ducts are in great condition. Since the cleaning, the airflow in my home has improved so much. The air feels fresher, and it’s much cooler inside, which is especially important here in Texas with the hot weather. My home feels fantastic now! If you want your air ducts cleaned thoroughly and want to enjoy excellent customer service, I highly recommend this duct cleaning company. You won’t regret it!

I couldn't ask for a better air duct cleaning company in Pilot Point. Roger was upfront, honest, and the prices were very fair! When he came to check my first property, he thoroughly cleaned the air ducts and installed two new return air vents. This immediately got rid of the musty smell in my home. For my second property, Roger came out quickly to give me an estimate. He was honest and said the ducts didn’t need cleaning—just a simple filter change, and he didn’t charge for the visit. That kind of honesty is hard to find these days. Frederick, who handles the phone, is always so pleasant and quick to respond. Like he says, Roger and the team not only do great work but also show a lot of integrity and offer fair pricing. It's rare to find a company that truly cares about its customers like this. I'm grateful for the excellent service and for making my home in Pilot Point feel fresher and healthier. Highly recommend them for any air duct cleaning needs!

Roger arrived right on time, maybe even a little early. He was very professional, took the time to answer all my questions, and made the whole air duct cleaning process easy to understand. Roger also brought a great sense of humor, which made the experience even better. The quality of his work went above what I expected. I’m definitely planning to have my air ducts cleaned again, especially since it helps cut down on all the dust in my home here in Pilot Point. Highly recommend their air duct cleaning service!

The customer service here was excellent. I have a daughter with disabilities, so my availability for appointments is limited, but they were very flexible in finding a time that worked for us. Frederick came out to handle our air duct cleaning, and he did an outstanding job. He made sure to clean all the vents thoroughly and left everything tidy when he finished. Frederick was also very thoughtful about my oxygen tubing, assuring me he could easily work around it so I didn’t have to move anything. It’s rare to find technicians who are so considerate these days. I would definitely recommend this company for anyone needing air duct cleaning.

I plan to call again for another air duct cleaning in the future.
