Jeff and Bliss pools deserves 5 stars all the way. He is very quick to respond, courteous, attentive and prompt. He was out to my house in 2 days and had a plan drawn up by day 4 and it was super impressive. You can tell he has been in the pool building business for years with tons of experience. This starts from quick responses, design insight, knowledge to build in and around the lake with different soil conditions and having great software to design your pool with your house and dimensions in the plan so there is no question to what you are getting.

Jeff was patient with my different redesign ideas and was able to work in all the design concepts I wanted to cram into my limited backyard space. He understood what I was looking for in a pool and was able to put my ideas into a very accurate 3D design model to visualize exactly what I would be getting.

When it came time for the final proposal and pricing, the proposal was very detailed oriented with pages of line by line items of exactly what I would be getting.

Again I have nothing to say but good things of my experience with Jeff and Bliss Pools and I highly recommend them.

Hiring any contractor can be nerve-racking, but choosing Jeff at Bliss Pools is one of the best decisions we have ever made when it comes to choosing a company to complete a project for our home.

Jeff impressed us with the way he listened to what we wanted. We asked for a simple pool and it’s like he read our minds with the design that he presented to us. He shared professional drawings, a video, and made minor changes when we asked. All before we committed to anything.

We added concrete work for multiple patios, and every crew that came to our house for each phase of the project worked so hard. No sitting around. Every person was friendly and trustworthy to be on our property.

I met Jeff while he was at neighbors house and I asked if he could look at my SPA that was leaking. He came over took his time to look and said he could have his team fix it. He kept in close communication throughout the process and did a great job. I then left the company I was with for my pool cleaning and maintenance. They always come when they say they are and communicate very well. On top of all of those things they are reasonably price. Glad I made the change.

Bliss Pools helped us from start to finish. We weren’t sure what we wanted so let them take it to the drawing board and came up with a modern style that compliments our home perfectly. The build process was quick and so simple. Once we had a vision and made a few selections, they did the rest. We were doing a home addition at the same time and I have to say that Jeff and Mike were so flexible as schedules shifted. They were very easy to work with and communication was great! They’ve both been very patient with me with all my questions as I learn the ins and outs of pool ownership. I also have to mention that their price was VERY competitive. We are very pleased with our new backyard oasis and can’t wait to enjoy it this summer in the TX heat! If you’ve been thinking about getting a pool, let them draw sometime up for you. You won’t be disappointed!

We had Bliss Pools build our outdoor kitchen and Pergola. They totally exceeded our expectations. The design incorporated concepts that we would have never thought of. The construction went fast and smooth. The subs they use are top notch. After that project was finished, we had them convert our manual pump system to automatic. It’s so nice to have an automated system that I can make changes with my IPhone! We also hired them to maintain our pool. We were doing it ourselves but couldn’t keep the water chemistry right. Within a week of their service our water clarity was the best we ever had. We will never go back to doing it ourselves! Top notch organization! I wouldn’t use anyone else.
