Constraction reviews in Pinehurst, Texas

LACCS is one of the best all-round construction companies I have ever hired. Earlier this month, I had a flood in my bathroom, and Luke and Clint came over the following day to move furniture, tear out sheetrock, and pull up carpet and tile. They found two leaky pipes that were not even associated with the bathroom flooding and stayed late one night to fix them so that Luke's sheetrock guys could start installing new sheetrock the following morning. Clint had to go pick up piping after hours, and made two trips to the hardware store. These guys go beyond the call of duty, and are completely trustworthy. Last year, LACCS installed gutters on my home and did an excellent job. So when my bathroom flooded, they were the only company I called. Thanks, LACCS!

LACCS has done several projects for me and all were excellent from start to finish. House painted, gutters, drain system from house to curb and a very nice concrete patio. Very professional. I recommend.

After speaking to many different companies about a wood deck vs concrete, I found LACCS and decided on a concrete deck. They did an excellent job from explaining what was involved in laying the concrete down to how durable it would be vs wood. They made the foundation and the concrete was in same day and had a lovely stamped texture to it. 2 days later they sealed the concrete and it is lovely and nearly maintenance free! Luke and team were amazing and I highly recommend them!

Could not have had a better experience with Luke and his team. The first day of the job he said they'd be here at 8am, and sure enough they were in my driveway at 7:55. The patio and gutters look amazing, my wife and I couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. They made the effort to check with us after the jobs were done to make sure everything was up to our standards and even caught a mistake that we wouldn't have noticed and fixed it. Everything was done in a timely manner and the entire crew was professional. Couldn't recommend LACCS enough. Thanks Luke.

LACCS is a definite 5 star! They have done 4 jobs for me and is on my list whenever I need a contractor. Gutters, painted the house, repaired the front entrance and installed leaf guards on the gutter. It's difficult to find someone that meets their commitments these days, not only does LACCS meet commitments they go above and beyond to ensure the job is done correctly. Clint is a real joy to work with. The last job they did for me, I didn't even get a competing quote. Even if they were the high bid, I felt it would be worth it for the peace of mind.

"I recently had gutters installed by LACCS, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Our sales representative, Clint, was a pleasure to work with. He was incredibly responsive, answered all our questions thoroughly, and provided a clear, detailed quote. He really went the extra mile to ensure we were getting exactly what we needed. The installation team was equally impressive. They were punctual, worked diligently, and their attention to detail was evident in the high-quality installation. They also made sure to clean up everything perfectly afterward. If you're looking for a professional and reliable company for gutter work, I highly recommend LACCS. Clint and the entire team were outstanding!"

LACCS Construction Pros just finished my 525 sq foot stamped concrete deck. The deck is beautiful, communication was excellent, the workers were professional, left my yard clean, and did an amazing job. We were amazed at their attention to detail in each phase, no slapping it together, they thoroughly prepped the site and carefully went over everything between steps and it really shows in the complete project. We could not be happier

I’ve had the opportunity to work with Urban Constructors both professionally and as a client, which gives me a well-rounded perspective on how they operate.
They deliver quality work with strong attention to detail and clear communication throughout the process. They’re reliable, solution-oriented, and handle challenges without unnecessary stress.
As a client, I felt heard and confident in their work every step of the way. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with Urban Constructors again or recommend them to others.

We completed a full gut renovation of our home with Urban Constructors and had a very positive experience from start to finish. Greg was great to work with—he collaborated seamlessly with our architect and designers, helping ensure that everything came together smoothly.

The quality of the work was great. Since completing the renovation, we’ve continued to work with Urban Constructors on several smaller projects, and the experience has been consistently positive. Greg’s is willingness to help on these smaller jobs even when I know he has much larger ones he is working. I would absolutely recommend Urban Constructors based on our experience.

If you’re wanting a custom build look no further than Greg and Hunter at Urban Constructors!

Greg Karels & Mitchell Aitken with Urban Construction have been doing a great job building our new house. The bid process was fully transparent, very detailed, and there have been no surprises.
Urban Construction's scope included demolishing our old house and pool and handling all subcontractors and suppliers.
We have been very happy with the quality of the work, coordination with the subcontractors, and communications with the owners.
It's been five months since Urban Construction received the approved permit drawings and the house has all the siding and brick installed. It is dried in and the interior has been fully sheet rocked. All utilities have been roughed-in and finish work is commencing. The house is scheduled to be complete in three months, and we can't wait to move in.
I'm an engineer and I'm amazed at the workmanship and the quality touches that Urban Construction have implemented throughout the house.

Greg and his team came in and created a beautiful new kitchen after a leak occurred. We were able to change the original space and be creative with a new vision. Greg’s team was nice, efficient and clean. Loved working with them

We hired Urban Constructors for a comprehensive backyard addition that included a hot tub, kitchenette, fireplace, deck extension, second-floor extension, landscaping, and a retaining (TV Wall) — essentially a full outdoor living transformation. It was a big project, and they delivered.
From the very first consultation, the team was easy to work with and genuinely flexible. They took the time to understand exactly what we envisioned, asked the right questions, and came back with thoughtful recommendations that actually improved on our original ideas. You can tell their workforce is highly skilled — the craftsmanship on every element, from the stonework around the fireplace to the finish on the deck extension, was top-notch.

New home construction. Organized, timely, clean job site, flexible.

As interior designer and principal at RD Architecture, I've worked with Urban Constructors Residential on a number of additions, remodels, accessory buildings, and new homes. Greg and team are professional and patient. With tons of experience and access to different trade tiers, they work with us to understand costs of design decisions and are a great addition to the design team.

Dunham's parking lot for these people killed herself for 2 weeks then they hold her money for two weeks and still never got paid their the biggest sheisty is Crooks ever they wanted a job done for nothing on top of that made its cover up a big hole that was full of gasoline when I gas tank set underneath and leaking gas into the Earth and then one guy threatening us saying if we didn't come out and touch up our mistake where he ripped it all apart that he was going to sue us and still not pay us very unprofessional company I've worked with better people than them

I've known the owners of Urban Constructors for 10+ years. They are the most sincere, honest, and trustworthy people out there in the commercial construction business. They set high standards for their employees and resolve any issues quickly. Customer service is of the utmost importance to them. If you are looking for a commercial construction company to get the job done RIGHT and at a great price point, I strongly suggest you look into Urban Constructors. They have over 20 years experience all throughout Texas. You won't be sorry!

The builder from here is awesome, 100% give it their all. it is a full scale development from dirt. got everything done from utility, land development, commercial building to tenant build out in 6 months. It is a stand alone single tenant dental clinic so we have a lot of regulations to go through. I am writing this review exactly 1 year after the project is done and there is no issue at all with the building. I am super duper impressed still with them. During the construction process, so many things happen yet they can handle everything with grace and make me feel very rest assured. Thank you
