Texas June heat is no joke this year (2023) I came home to my house being hot as all heck, 84 degrees. I went to FB to see if I could get recommendations, and was blessed with the number for someone that they had recently used.
I immediately called and spoke with Christian around 7pm, who was very helpful over the phone, and gave his honest opinion. I also, had texted Christian with some questions after my husband had come home and looked at the AC himself, and without hesitation he responded quickly. Christian came out the very next day, and was able to provide prompt service, and get our older unit up and running. I can say that my husband and I agreed that we needed to save their number, and are very appreciative for helping to cool our house down again. Thank you Christian!!

I contacted Legacy Mechanical to fix my gas fireplace a couple of weeks ago and was pleasantly surprised. Jonathan was very thorough and stayed 3 hours the first trip to figure out the solution. He also came back a couple more times to finalize fixing our problem. He is easy to talk to and very flexible. I would recommend this company anytime because they did what they said they would do and more !

I was referred to this company while in Las Vegas on vacation. My A/C broke while I was away. My son and Grand-Puppy were quite miserable.

My friend's referral to Legacy included the caveat that Legacy will do their best to repair your A/C whereas other companies automatically want to replace your entire system without really delving into a full diagnostic and finding an adequate solution.

This is exactly what happened upon my return to Houston. I was told by a major reputable company that they don't work on systems as old as mine. They would only provide a quote for a full system replacement.

I called Legacy on Monday mid-morning and they were able to provide me with a same day appointment and this is with the Technician traveling from Magnolia Texas to my residence right outside of Pearland Texas. I had to coordinate an appointment for the next morning (which is today, August 23rd) and I have never been more impressed.

The technician, Jacob, arrived on time and was so very courteous, well-spoken, extremely knowledgeable and most interested in fixing my A/C. When he walked into my house, he saw that I had 7 fans blowing in my living room and the thermostat read 89 degrees.

He politely said, "Wow, it's hot. Let me see what I can do". For the next 2 hours, he worked on my system and lo and behold, within 1 hour, my system was back on blowing cold air.

Jacob took the time to listen to my concerns and explain what was going on with my unit.

I 100% recommend this company for HVAC concerns and I just want to say that I love Jacob and his sunny personality.

In closing, I want to commend him on his concern for safety and cleanliness. He took off his shoes each and every time before entering my house. At one point , I started to feel bad because he had to keep coming in and going outside to check the unit. His professionalism is commendable.

Seldom during 37 years of home ownership in the Woodlands have I been as impressed with a service company as I was recently with Legacy Mechanical Solutions. They replaced our downstairs air conditioning and heating systems. Every aspect of the job from the initial estimate through installation was handled in a friendly, professional manner. I look forward to working with Legacy in the future should the need arise and I do not hesitate to recommend them for your HVAC problems.

These guys were so polite and professional, qualities hard to find sometimes. But mostly they are quite knowledgeable and fair about their work. My home was built in the 50’s so it was difficult to get my system up to today’s technical and mechanical ability for the best airflow and efficiency. Thank you Legacy for doing a difficult but much appreciated overhaul of my system. My AC has never worked better than it does now!

AC totally shut down on Thursday before Labor Day. Christian arranged for Mike to come out that same afternoon. I had heard a lot of good things about Legacy and Mike personified all of them—professional, through and courteous!!! He determined we needed a new evaporator coil, which I assumed would take until after Labor Day to install; but Mike arranged to come back on Saturday to install and he did. Definitely 5 star service.

I highly recommend this family owned company for your AC needs. Christian, David and Jacob went above and beyond in getting me taken care when it came to fixing my AC. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and timely on getting my AC fixed especially with the Texas heat. I definitely will be using them for all of my future AC/heater needs.

I was impressed with Christian and Mike Wasson, brothers running this business. This is a family owned business. I wanted a maintenance service package for HVAC system and Christian took the time to explain all the different components that worry included. Mike came out and was super thorough and patient. He answered all of my questions thoroughly. I learned a lot. Since this is a family business he had been working on AC unit since the age of 12. And he was clearly an expert in this area. Because he was so thorough, I felt like he did a really good job! I also thought that the pricing was reasonable.

I would highly recommend using Legacy to both friends and family! This summer, our air went out just two weeks after bringing home our newborn son. We had multiple other companies come out, do inspections and give their assessment, and even hired one. The work was done improperly, and the bids were astronomical, so we were forced to continue efforts to solve our problem. I was referred to Legacy by our neighbors and after contacting them, they showed up the next day. Christian came out and properly diagnosed our issues and even showed us where the other competitors were wrong in overpricing their bids. This was the first honest, thorough, and expert assessment we received. In addition, their work was impeccable and their pricing was amongst the lowest. They have earned my lifelong business!

It is hard to find an A/C repair company you can trust. Hands down, you can feel great about calling Legacy! Christian was knowledgeable and efficient in assessing the issue and getting us cool again! He did not try to oversell me, which is what I have normally experienced with A/C companies. I will only be using Legacy going forward and highly recommend them!

Legacy's special AC coil replacement deal for Wildwood saved me nearly $500 off another quote. More importantly though, the team of Christian, Jon and Mike were very professional, on time and thorough completing the installation. Even though they encountered some mechanical hiccups beyond the scope of the original bid, they worked through them and the final price did not budge from the quote. Legacy is well thought of in our neighborhood and now I see why. They have my future HVAC work endorsement for sure.

We had ongoing ac issues and with this terrible heat it was just miserable. Had previous company do nothing to make it work more efficiently . Jon and Mike came out on short notice and quickly . They were so professional , efficient , informative and helpful. We truly appreciate their work and and so happy to have a cool home once again . Thank you, I highly recommend them .

Christian is the man!!! Jacob and Mike were awesome too! These pros came in and removed the old system and installed a new one in our home in just a few hours and did a fantastic job. We were originally going to replace a bunch of copper piping for the coolant because I thought it was leaking, but Christian decided to pressure test it just to make sure and possibly save us some money. He did! Some other unscrupulous contractor would have just replaced it and took our money, but not these guys! They're down to earth good human beings and I can't say enough good things about them. We will be using them in the future... DEFINITELY!!!

Christian, Jon, Mike and Jacob all did excellent work installing my new air conditioner and heater. They are knowledgeable and professional. They made sure everything was done correctly with attention to detail. I am extremely happy with their work.

This company was recommended by a friend. We wanted a home standby generator. The appointment went well, we were told that the estimate would be emailed in a few days, and we could get the process started soon. No email was sent. I reached out three times. No email or response. Very unprofessional. We have wasted time waiting on this company when we could have moved forward with another. I do not recommend this business.

I contacted Legacy to get a 3rd opinion on an ongoing issue with our HVAC. After speaking with Christian, I was assured they could get to the root cause of our issues. Jon and Mike arrived on time with a servant's heart and got to work. It took several long hours but they were able to identify our problem and ultimately resolve it. First, the work was done right, but the professionalism and kindness displayed by this company and especially Jon and Mike renewed my faith in humanity. You will not go wrong in trusting your home to Legacy Mechanical Solutions!

Over labor day weekend my thermostat had went out and we couldn't figure out what was wrong with it, Christian came over and installed a new thermostat and had explained to us how the other one went out. He was very professional and I appreciate that he was able to come out so late, I have a baby so having it out was definitely not an option. I will definitely be using this company from now on, thank you Christian for helping me and my family with this problem and thank you for coming out so late. If there is ever anyone that asks if I recommend an ac company I am definitely referring them to this one.
