My AC quit working at my office on a Monday morning. I have a lot of temperature sensitive patients so I was desperate for quick service. They arrived same day, had a part delivered, and had the office back to 70 degrees by 5pm. Christian was amazing, polite and respectful of the office and patients and did a fabulous job!

My air conditioner would not communicate after a power blip yesterday. I called and they fit me in first thing this morning. Not only did they work in the rain and storm, they saved me money by troubleshooting and not just replacing expensive parts. Found out it was a faulty wire. Saved me a ton of money! Thank you to Mike and Cody for working hard! Highly recommend

First time using Legacy and had a great experience. Christian was very nice and prompt on the phone and scheduled me for the next day. Colby was very friendly and worked hard to clear our super clogged vent with Mike. Mike did a great job explaining the issues we had and what they did to solve them. Both nice, knowledgeable, and professional. Will be doing yearly maintenance with yall and hope to see them again. Thank you!

Yesterday, we had our dryer duct cleaned by Legacy Mechanical. They are a family owned business and did a fantastic job. The technician, Mike, was awesome, very professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant. I would recommend this company very highly. It was a great experience!

Mike came out today and replaced my main AC unit. He said it would take 5 hours and it took 5 hours. Installation was completed efficiently and when finished, explained all that had been done. He explained the unit specifics and made sure all was working right before leaving. Left the house as clean as before he arrived. Very impressed with his professionalism. Once again, Legacy Mechanical Solutions has provided exceptionally superb HVAC service for my family. My wife, Yolanda and I are repeat customers with Legacy and they never fail to provide innovative solutions to our HVAC needs and concerns.

This time around, my wife had her heart set on having a 2nd A/C unit installed to help with cooling our 2nd floor. Upon addressing these needs with Legacy, Christian immediately recommended a Mini Split system. We were skeptical, but we went ahead and had the system installed in our downstairs master bedroom because: 1) Legacy advised us of the significant cost savings outside of spending $16K on a new unit, 2) Legacy advised us that we should see a reduction in our monthly utility bill and 3) Legacy ASSURED Yolanda that our bedroom would feel Artic like she requested.

Exactly, 1 month later, all 3 elements are true and accurate. We control the temperature in our bedroom as you would a hotel room, the rest of our house utilizes our central system and our light bill has been reduced by half.

The Mini Split was DEFINITELY the way to go and we continue to give thanks and praise to Legacy Mechanical. We love you guys. Shout out to Jacob and Christian and our 2 install guys.

Of all times for the AC to go out last night during this crazy heat spell. Put in a request with Air Comfort at 8:00am, got an immediate callback from the Tech Robert and he was at my house by 11:30am. He troubleshooted, figured out the issue, gave me my options and had the ac up and running within the hour. I am so pleased with the service! Highly recommend! Called the company yesterday regarding a chiller system. Robert called me back asking if we had found anybody and we hadn't. They were out the next day and had the issue handled quickly and efficiently. Awesome business and great customer service wish this company was closer to us!

Air Comfort Solutions is a. Very honest , reliable, and trustworthy business, a hard find in today’s economy. Robert Patterson, owner, was on the job to make sure everything was completed as promised. He explained my new thermostat which was confusing to me. He was professional and knowledgeable about the system he installed. His workers were very efficient and cleaned up any debris they created. Zane was especially helpful at the end when he checked all my vents for correct air flow.
I highly recommend ACS to anyone needing a/c/heating concerns.
