DeepEx is an extremely valuable tool for designing support of excavation systems, tiebacks, piles, etc.. The graphical interface is great, and a big improvement over other programs i have used. Their technical support has also been critical in my understanding of the program. They always get back to me right away to answer questions and solve my issues. 5 Stars for Dimitrios and the whole crew over there.

I recently started using SnailPlus for a soil nail wall project, and my overall experience has been very positive. The interface is relatively intuitive and easy to navigate, which makes the initial learning curve manageable. What helped me the most was the excellent support from Flavio and Dimitrios—their quick responses and willingness to clarify questions made a big difference in understanding the program. Once you become familiar with the workflow, building and analyzing models becomes straightforward and efficient.

Very well designed user interface. Users can pretty much figure out how to use the program without even reading the user's manual. Calculation results are well presented in figures and tables. Overall a great design tool for geotechnical and structural engineers!

DeepFND is a strong program because it provides a unified platform for both geotechnical and structural analysis. However, there is potential to enhance its capability in design optimization. In particular, when a design does not meet requirements, the software could be improved by offering guided recommendations to help designers refine and resolve issues more effectively.

I have used DeepEx as part of projects at WSP. I used it to design the secant pile walls, tangent pile walls. DeepEx offeres good user friendly interface, easy to learn features and allow us to design for staged construction. Modeling is super easy and the support that I got from the team was amazing. The training provided was thourough enough to clear the concept. I would highly recommend the software to anyone designing the foundation/shoring system.

One of the features I appreciate most is the quality of its realistic visualizations and DXF outputs. These tools make it much easier to understand, review, and communicate excavation support and earth-retention designs. They also help reduce drafting time and clarify design intent, which is extremely valuable in actual project workflows

After a pipe burst at my Mom's home we were in a terrible way. We were confused and overwhelmed. We had the good fortune to meet Vitaly at Restoration Experts and it was the best thing that could have happened. His team jumped in and did everything needed to contain the problem. They have the resources to address the problem and rebuild the property. Best of all they understand how to communicate with your insurance carrier, largely leaving me out of it. I received plenty of messages keeping me updated on the progress. Its so wonderful to know a team and organization that understands customer service. I highly recommend!

Vitali is awesome. My home was flooding and insurance was not helping. Vitali came in and spoke some sense into them and helped repair my house.

I recently had a water loss in my master bathroom. I reached out the Restoration Experts to discuss the damages and they had a crew out the same day! The technicians that came to my house were very professional and thorough. They explained each step as things progressed. We had additional days that required the technicians to return to do additional demo and check the drying process. They called when they were on the way and advised when they were 10 min away. I would highly recommend Restoration Experts to anyone looking for an honest, respectful and trustworthy mitigation company! Additionally, Vitaly handled all the communications needed with our insurance adjuster making things less stressful!
