Constraction reviews in Plano, Texas

Legacy pavers team did an amazing job at our place, not only did they finish everything perfectly, they always showed up early, and stayed late to complete the job on time! would highly recommended them to anyone looking to upgrade the backyard!

Michael stood out in the bidding process from the very start of us looking at different contractors/companies. He answered when I called about various questions during the process and patiently talked through what we needed. We changed the specs slightly right before and it was a non-issue to them. Work was completed in a day and we used it that evening! Very impressed with the workmanship, willingness to help and provide perspective based on their lengthy experience. Would 10/10 use them again….in fact we are already in the process at having them do our flower bed bordering stone work for the front. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful experience with Brandon Chaney at Legacy Custom Pavers, Brandon was courteous and professional throughout the entire project from initial meeting to the completion of our beautiful courtyard.

Brandon's crew was on time on the day of the installation and completed the job ahead of schedule; again, the entire crew was professional and efficient from the beginning to the very end.

We highly recommend Legacy Custom Pavers to anyone that's interested in having a beautiful driveway, courtyard or other outdoor areas of your home.

We decided to try pavers for our front circular drive since we were tired of concrete cracking. We chose Legacy Custom Pavers, and we are very happy with our decision. Tim was very easy to work with, and the entire team was professional, courteous, and very efficient. The job was completed in one day. The final work is beautiful. We would definitely recommend this company and will consider them for all future projects.

What an outstanding company. We had a disaster of a stamped concrete over aggregate pool deck done two years back. It was already cracking and looked horrible. Mike worked with us on replacing the deck with natural stone and they did an amazing job. His attention to the detail and what we were looking for was fantastic. Wish we found them two years ago, I would highly recommend them for any decking need. James

From the moment we met Brandon Chaney, the owner of Legacy Custom Pavers, we knew that we were dealing with a professional. Brandon came out and personally looked at our project to bring samples and make recommendations. Once we agreed to proceed with the project, he sent his crew to perform the work on our pool deck and let me tell you, these guys are amazing! They finished what was supposed to be a two day job in one! And the deck looks- amazing! But here's where the best part about Legacy really came into play. The company who was working on our pool ended up damaging about 10 of the pave stones that had been installed right next to the pool and while this had absolutely nothing to do with Legacy in any way, shape or form, what do you think Brandon Chaney agreed to do for us as a favor? That's right! He agreed to come back and replace those 10 damaged pavers free of charge because "he didn't want for us to have to start out that way" - with damaged pave stones. Talk about top notch service! I can not say enough about the professionalism and the quality work that Legacy Custom Pavers offers. In a nutshell, I would hire Legacy again in a heart beat and not even think twice about it.

We had hired Legacy Custom Pavers for a backyard project which included removing all grass, installing pavers, creating a pathway with steps & river rocks, and installing a service drain. Robert Shands and his crew did a good job in just one and half days, impressively fast.
Even before we signed the contract, Robert had come 2 or 3 times whenever we called him about some queries, bringing samples & suggestions. We really enjoyed his attitude, making us feel listened & well cared for the project. Thank you so much Robert, we will definitely contact you again for future projects.

Absolutely awesome company to work with. As a business owner of
Fredrick’s Custom Design Pools in Aledo, Texas, Robert Shands called on our company to assist the pool remodel on there project.
The quality and attention to detail on the deck side of the project was top notch quality.

Love, love, love my patio. It's beautiful, and it only took a day to install. Robert and his team are wonderful. Robert was very helpful with explaining everything, and helping me with the color options that would look best with my house. Highly recommend their services!

Great experience! We had to have our very cracked driveway replaced and the adjacent planting bed needed a retaining wall added. Legacy custom pavers did an outstanding job! From the very beginning when I started talking to the owner, Brandon, and supervisor, Bobby, and through the entire process, their communication was professional, friendly, timely, and helpful. I needed a lot of information and details, and I struggled with choosing the color of my pavers. It took me a while. Brandon and Bobby were kind, patient, and helpful. The driveway removal and replacement processes were carefully supervised and Bobby always kept communication open and answered every question. He was excellent ! I know I was not an easy customer, but their professionalism, expertise, attention to detail and patience were outstanding! I am so happy with the final product and the entire process. I highly recommend this company!

Tim and his team were punctual, respectful, knowledgeable, and provided stellar workmanship on our new pavers. Tim was also willing to accommodate every minor request we had prior to the paver installation, and happily explained to us the details of the project from start to finish. Very happy to have chosen Legacy Custom Pavers for this project and will certainly recommend them to friends in the future.

Legacy Custom Paver did my Pool Deck and All I can say is “WOW”.

I saw their ad – “Call us before you call your pool company” and I am very glad that I did finally call them. I had gotten several quotes from pool companies to do different options for my pool deck and they were very expensive for what they were going do. Spray deck and concrete overlays for example. Legacy provided an option that was a much better value for the money. They removed the old concrete deck, installed drainage, then installed pavers and a new retaining wall.

These guys do excellent work and are very easy to work with. There was no high pressure sells pitch or push to upgrade. They brought my wife and I several different samples so that we could see what the pavers actually looked like vs what was in the brochure. We are very glad they did this, helped us from picking a color we would have regretted. The team that did the install were professional and very skilled in their trade. My pool has lots of curves to it and these guys cut pavers to fit around the curves. There were no large gaps. It was very impressive to watch them hand cut the pavers. The job took 6 days from start to finish. As part of the job, they had to install new drains where the old ones where in the concrete. I did not think about this when I was starting to price the jobs with pool companies. They added drain points that fixed areas where the water flooded up on my porch. This was an ADDED perk in getting all the concrete removed and pavers installed.

Would I use this company again? YES!! Would I recommend this company to my family and friends? YES!!!

Legacy Custom Pavers did an amazing job on our patio! Both Robert and Michael were professional, helpful and efficient. Very fair pricing and never felt like they were upselling anything. From the time we accepted the quote to a finished patio was less than 5 days. The crew onsite were also very professional and efficient.

Scope of our project was a 300 sqft patio in our backyard. Turned out great!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Michael and his team at Legacy Custom Pavers for a patio installation at my home, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, the team was professional, communicative, and dedicated to ensuring that I was satisfied with the project.

The installation crew was prompt, efficient, and respectful of my property, and they worked tirelessly to ensure that the patio was installed to my exact specifications. The finished product is absolutely stunning, and I've received countless compliments from friends and neighbors.

I highly recommend Legacy Custom Pavers for anyone looking for high-quality hardscaping work. They truly went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy with the results, and I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. Thank you, Legacy Custom Pavers, for a job well done!

Legacy updated our pool and deck (demo, pool coping, pool tile, and pavers for pool/pavilion area). Our contact Mike lead the process from quote to finished product. I would recommend working with them without reservation. From start to finish Mike supervised the entire process and during demo/construction/etc he was on site every day. During the process there are always complications or potential for added work to do job properly and everything was presented in a fair and relaxed manner where I feel these guys work with high integrity to do what is right even if at a detriment to them. I could not recommend working with Mike enough - he is a great guy, very fair and easy to deal with. My family is beyond appreciative to the entire team there - thank you for the beautiful pool/deck upgrade, it looks amazing!

Brandon at Legacy Custom Pavers has top quality installers, who know how to fix the issues. We had a small sprinkler repair and need our pavers reinstalled. Looks perfect! They are professionals who work efficiently and clean up when they are finished. It’s been 5 years since our patio was installed, and we are still enjoying our outdoor space. Thank you for always taking care of us!

Life changing!! Our backyard desperately needed a makeover (grass was barely growing/super muddy and weeds galore) and we had gotten a good amount of quotes from several companies for pavers and turf. Legacy Custom Pavers was the last company we had gotten a quote from - we stopped at them because we had no doubt from the moment we met and talked to them that they genuinely cared about helping our yard transform, put their hearts into what they do, and were already brainstorming different ideas and paver designs that are best suited for our backyard. Michael, Robby, and Jeremy were very knowledgeable and personable. Affordable pricing was bonus- what sold us was just knowing that we were in good hands with this company. We trusted the end result would be worth every penny. Sure enough- from the very first consult meeting to the day of the yard makeover, everything moved seamlessly. Michael was very timely in his responses and follow up. My husband and I couldn't believe we were able to have our yard transformed so quickly. Legacy Custom Pavers team had planned 2 days for the job and actually ended up finishing it in one day. The entire team who came out on that day was on time, professional, and extremely efficient. We were amazed with the results- everything looked perfect!!! We are so grateful! Like I said- affordable pricing and a team you can trust, oh and they were so PATIENT with me... I was a bit indecisive with the pavers haha, that was definitely a huge plus just knowing we weren't rushed in the decision making process. THANK YOU LEGACY CUSTOM PAVERS!!

If you are looking to change the look and curb appeal of your house, Legacy Pavers is the place to call! We are so pleased with the after look compared to a regular concrete drive and entryway! Robert, Jeremy, Michael and their crew were top notch and the workmanship was and is outstanding! You won’t be disappointed!
We highly recommend Legacy Pavers! Thank you for the beautiful driveway and entryway!

We have a U-shaped house with a very large inner courtyard. The original aggregate concrete patio was in terrible condition, and prior owners had installed brick pavers in the remaining space. Legacy Custom Pavers was able to execute my vision for a modern patio space and turf play area, using only a clumsy Crayola marker drawing as a guide. The results are incredible! They had a great turnaround time of 2-3 weeks from the time we paid our deposit, and the project was completed in 2.5 days - including demolition of the old patio. We had multiple companies give us quotes and Legacy was not only competitive, but allowed us to work with a single company for both pavers and turf from start to finish. Best money we’ve spent on our home!

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Michael Chaney and his crew from Legacy Pavers! Our backyard had many "issues" from a previous company. Michael was professional, responsive, helpful, and kept us informed of every step. His crew worked diligently to get our "problems" corrected and give us back our backyard. Michael was always monitoring the project and even power washed our new patio himself! 5 stars is not enough! Legacy Pavers is amazing and I will recommend them to all of my friends and clients. Thank you Michael and crew for a fantastic job.

I can't express how thrilled I am with my project and with Mike U (Upchurch) at Legacy Pavers. I stepped out of my box and used outdoor cobblestone pavers in my new patio and morning room. Love it; and so does everyone who has seen the final results! Mike was amazing to work with and made the process so easy and quick. I intend to continue working with him to finish up my large backyard. Can't Wait!
