Constraction reviews in Plano, Texas

We worked with Brandon and the team at Legacy Custom Pavers to add walkways and patios to our outdoor living area. We also had them install some artificial grass in shaded area beneath a tree where we have been unable to grow grass. The walkways and patio look outstanding. And the artificial grass looks great and was a great solution. The team showed up when they said they would, got in, got the job done. We're very pleased.

My wife and I contracted Brandon and team at Legacy Custom Pavers to demo our old concrete patio, replace it with pavers, add a hot tub pad with pavers, and install artificial grass in our backyard. When compared to dealings with other contractors in the past, as well as our professional lives, Brandon was an absolute all star. He had prompt and clear communication throughout the entire process, excellent recommendations during the bid process that we did not receive from other companies, a competitive price, and his crew was quick, clean, and professional. We can't recommend Brandon enough and would happily use Legacy Custom Pavers again. Thank you Brandon!

Mike and his crew do excellent work as seen in my finished patio. I wanted something with a snap and functionality. Legacy Custom Pavers & Outdoor Living delivered and installed a quality product. Best of all, my wife loves the finished patio!

I have consistently chosen Legacy Custom Pavers for several of my landscaping projects with remarkable results each time. Earlier this year they installed a retaining wall along our back fence, transforming the area into functional space where we now enjoy a small fire pit. When we decided to upgrade the fire pit space this fall, I naturally turned to Legacy once again. Their team is consistently professional, meticulously explaining each step of the process. For this project they installed a 15 foot paver patio, where I put a Breeo smokeless fire insert, and the quality of the work is nothing short of exceptional. We are thoroughly satisfied with the outcome and are already planning our next project with them.

The job from the beginning to end was seamless. Tim did a great job on helping us figure out our project and recommendations for what would look good. The quote was reasonable and provided professionally through a website to agree to and sign. Once that was completed they contacted me for set up, one more appointment to map out our project, then came on the day projected and had it done super fast. It looks amazing! I will only be using Legacy Customer pavers for all my paving projects. Thank you!

Brandon & his crew excavated and removed our decades-old, uneven & uprooted patio and replaced with new pavers + reworked our existing drainage to function properly. The process was fantastic from bid to finish and we are thrilled with the result. I would highly recommend including Legacy Pavers in any bid process.

Michael and team were great to work with from the start of our project. Helped us with design ideas, worked well within our budget and delivered on time. We absolutely love our patio, pergola and landscape beds. We interviewed several different companies and just felt like this family owned, well reviewed, Plano business was our best choice and we are so glad we trusted them with our project.

This is our second patio to be built by Legacy Custom Pavers. We really liked their work five years ago and decided to go with them again. We usually don’t know what we’re looking for, so we rely on their experience to walk us through some ideas. Never pushy, they bring samples, and have great referrals for grills and cooktops. Once the work started, the supervisor was here daily, we didn’t feel like we needed to be home during the process. We’ve had lots of compliments on the workmanship. The crew really did a nice job. They’ve really made our backyard the center of our home.

I can’t say enough about how positive my experience has been working with Brandon and his crew. The complete transformation of our backyard took place in less than 2 weeks. The project included installation of a retaining wall to level out the severe slope of the yard, a precision-cut paver patio, a custom built water feature, and artificial turf.
If you’re looking for any of this type of work, I highly recommend you contact Legacy Custom Pavers. I guarantee you will be well pleased!

Mike and his team did a great job on our backyard patio project! Mike helped us from the very beginning, assisting us with planning, product selection and scheduling the project.
With a hard-working, efficient crew, the project took just one day, with little disruption to our day. Our backyard is much more enjoyable after Legacy Custom Pavers and Outdoor Living has been here!
Thanks so much!

What an amazing job! Legacy Custom Pavers transformed our backyard from an unusable space into one of our favorite spots at home. Michael Conn collaborated closely with us in selecting the right materials, visiting multiple times to drop off sample materials and giving us time to make our decision without any pressure. Once we finalized our choices, their team was able to come out pretty quickly. They completed the project efficiently while maintaining quality. Overall, we highly recommend Legacy Custom Pavers to anyone looking to upgrade their outdoor living space.

Brandon with Legacy Custom Pavers was a pleasure to work with. He is kind, patient and knowledgeable. It was like working with a friend. His team is great too. They had my retaining wall up in two days, with rain. They cleaned up after to the point they were never there. I am in love with my retaining wall. It is absolutely beautiful. I can’t thank you enough Brandon and team!!

Brandon and his crew did a fantastic job with our side yard improvements. They provided paver extension to our patio/porch and replaced all turf area with artificial turf and created nice garden space in the process. We were very pleased with the price and workmanship. We were especially pleased with the professionalism and attitude of all of everyone we dealt with throughout the project. The pricing was very competitive with the other proposals we received and Brandon and Legacy had a lot more experience and proven success the others we looked at. Very happy with the outcome.

Jesse and the team at Legacy Customer Pavers were absolutely awesome to work with. They executed my vision, making it even better than I imagined. One of the sides of our house was a mud pit with poor drainage and lots of issues. That side of the house is now a feature that we gravitate towards using instead of trying to ignore. There is a beautiful patio space for activities and events. Check out my pictures of before and after :) Jesse was hilarious and was a large part of the reason we chose to go with this company for this project. I can’t emphasize enough what a great job they did and how great they were to work with. Looking forward to working with them again in the future. I also write this many, many months after project completion. I find it’s helpful in reviews to emphasize the long term happiness I feel as opposed to being happy just immediately after a project is completed. Long story short - look no further for your Paver needs in DFW!

We had an exceptional experience with Legacy Custom Pavers from start to finish. Our backyard outdoor project included a retaining wall, concrete paver hardscaping, artificial turf, and outdoor lighting, and the transformation has been nothing short of amazing.

The install team was a well-oiled, professional crew that completed the entire project in just under four days, working efficiently, cleanly, and with incredible attention to detail. The quality of craftsmanship truly shows — everything was done perfectly and exceeded our expectations.

A special shout-out to Michael Conn, who was our main point of contact throughout the project. He was fantastic to work with, extremely responsive, and patiently addressed all of our questions and needs from beginning to end. His communication and professionalism made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

Our backyard is now completely transformed, fully usable, and has become a space our family — especially the kids — enjoy every day. We couldn’t be happier with the results and highly recommend Legacy Custom Pavers, Michael, and the entire team to anyone looking for top-tier outdoor work.

I believe Legacy Custom Pavers is hands-down one of the best paving companies in Collin County and surrounding. Their reputation speaks for itself and I believe they've completed more upscale homes in our neighborhood than any other company Iooked at, which is why I contracted them to pave a 2,000+sq. ft driveway. Their work stands out my driveway, and has really upped the curb appeal.

We went with them for a large project: over 6,000 sq ft combining travertine, premium pavers and turf. The final result looks fantastic and has held up beautifully. It wasn't "perfect" right out of the gate (large installs rarely are), but their accountability was exceptional—they came back quickly and without any hassle to fix every minor issue. I never had to chase them or follow up repeatedly; they simply stand behind their work and I think that's the most important with subcontractors in this day and age.

What really set them apart was how they went the extra mile. They handled a couple of additional items that were outside the original scope and didn't nickel-and-dime us for it. That kind of integrity is rare.

They're not the cheapest in town, but they also weren't the most expensive. With Legacy, you definitely get what you pay for: high-quality materials, professional installation, and real customer care that makes the investment worthwhile.

If you're looking for a reliable paving company that delivers premium results on upscale projects, Legacy Custom Pavers would be one of my phone calls. Highly recommend.

I can’t say enough positive things about Legacy Custom Pavers. They were hired to build my pool deck in a very tight corner of my backyard, and the results exceeded my expectations.
After pool construction, I was admittedly nervous about bringing in another contractor—especially with plumbing and electrical lines surrounding the pool. From day one, however, Bobby R. and his team put me completely at ease. They were highly organized, meticulous with their work, and took great care around every detail.
The execution was flawless, and communication throughout the project was excellent. Bobby and his team were professional, responsive, and clearly took pride in their craftsmanship. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Legacy Custom Pavers to anyone looking for quality work and a smooth, stress-free experience.

Legacy Custom Pavers recently installed a new paver driveway and walkway for our home. They did an exceptional job, and we are very pleased with the result. Brandon (the owner) was on site daily and was involved during every phase. His team arrived early, stayed late, and worked diligently to complete the job in just over 2 days. Everyone was respectful of our landscaping, our neighbors, and our time. We obtained several bids and their pricing is also very reasonable. I highly recommend Legacy Custom Pavers and will use them again.

Legacy Custom Pavers did an incredible makeover on my backyard! The whole process from start/quote to finish was seamless. Legacy Pavers were extremely fair priced compared to others. They redid my pavers, built a new walk way, leveled my side area, built a retaining wall, and put turf down all in just 3.5 days!! The workmanship from Legacy and the team was incredible. Even the owner Brandon was on site every day to oversee the project. We absolutely love our backyard now.
I highly recommend Legacy Custom Pavers to anyone looking to redo their backyard!

We had an amazing experience with Legacy Custom Pavers! They replaced and expanded our patio and turfed our backyard. Great pricing, AMAZING crew that was fast, professional, detail oriented and very sweet to my kids. Our backyard is completely transformed and we couldn’t love it more. Highly highly recommend!

I had a fabulous experience with Legacy pavers. I had previously done my backyard with a competitor and it was a nightmare. It took over a month and I constantly have water pooling in places. Legacy had a much bigger job taking up a huge concrete driveway and it was a much larger area. They have their own bobcat and a pretty big crew of people so they got my entire job done in one week and it is sloped perfectly that I have no water pooling. Brandon, the owner, is the nicest guy. The communication was great. They showed up on time. I’m truly amazed that they finished the job within a week and it’s done so well! They even re did the tile on my entry way which cracked because it was ceramic and not rated for outdoors. Price wise they were less than the other 2 bids I got. I would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for pavers.
