Fortress Foundation came out and inspected our newly purchased home and they were fantastic!
They were on time and highly professional. They were available when no one else was.
I was informed when a tech would be headed to the property a day before and also received a call when on site. I was very pleased and will refer this company to anyone!

I have been using Fortress Foundation for many years now with great results. They always do top notch work at fair prices. And I know I can always depend on Cathy, Dan and Victor to be honest and truthful with me even when it’s hard to hear. Fortress has become an important part of my construction and rehab team!

Fortress came to my home and gave me honest and truth. Fortress didn’t try to upsell me like the competitors they really gave me knowledge on Foundation and Texas soil.
Please don’t go to the other just because they have a celebrity representing them go to Fortress Foundation Systems because they have true integrity.

If you are having foundation issues call Fortress Foundation Systems first. We didn't know where to start with the issue we had and were overwhelmed by the unknown. We contacted FF and they immediately came to our home. Cathy and Dan walked us through every step of the process including obtaining a structural engineer's report, a plumber, the estimate and finally what to expect with the repair. Our garage was sinking and needed several piers. Victor, Andres and the rest of the crew were amazing! They were courteous, completed the job on time; and cleaned up the yard as they found it. We couldn't have asked for more outstanding communication from Cathy! Thanks Fortress for everything!

I have used Chris Kennard for 2 different houses and he was really thorough and honest and helpful. He walked us through specific things we could do to help protect our house as well and explaining what our problem areas were. I think some people worry that having a foundation evaluation will “drum up business” for the foundation repair company but that has not been our experience at all. With both of our homes and with my parents (who used Chris as well) there was no foundation issue discovered. Recently he even worked us in at the last minute for a house we were trying to buy. He’s great!

After noticing minor shifting in my home, I contacted Fortress to get a second opinion/free evaluation of my property. Thankfully no minor/major renovations needed, but Chris was really helpful in making good suggestions to keep my foundation healthy and in working order. Chris was on time, prompt and quick with the evaluation. Would recommend this group!

We had a very unique situation & are SO grateful that we finally found a company that does what they say, stands behind their work & has amazing employees!
Let’s just say we had our pier & beam foundation “repaired” by another company in 2018 & it was not done properly. Our house was sinking and our newly installed interior wood floors were completely buckled up. It was a complete nightmare & seemed impossible to find anyone who could help us.
Along came Cathy, Victor & Jaime to the rescue! They totally walked us through every step of the way. Our house was leveled properly, piers were set properly and everything was done in a professional manner. The whole crew took their time making sure everything was back in place and cleaned up.
If I could give more stars I would. These guys are lifesavers! Thank you so much for everything and especially for keeping me calm during the entire process.

Heavy rains over the past few months and poor drainage issues caused our house to flood multiple times. We called Fortress Foundation to see if they could help solve our issues. Chris Kennard was extremely quick to respond and understood the urgency of our situation. He was able to come out the same day and assess the problem. Chris was on time, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. He offered multiple solutions and we decided to install a sump pump under our patio. Work was completed within one day and was top notch. Chris kept us well informed throughout the process and made sure we were happy with the work. I would not hesitate at all to contact Fortress Foundation for any drainage or foundation issues you may have.

Update: They came back out to do a recheck of our foundation due to floor failure. No concerning movement in our foundation and Mr. Kennard was still very helpful. Fortress Foundation is still excellent two years later!

My experience with Fortress Foundation and their representative Chris Kennard was phenomenal. He took the time to explain to me what he was looking for and how their measuring device worked in order to detect slab variations. He was patient with me as I was preoccupied with my family and animals while he was there. We called them out due to our flooring starting to bow. After we ruled out a sub floor leak we looked to a couple foundation companies. Each one gave similar readings as there isn’t much fluctuation to worry about. Chris was very honest and said these readings are fairly normal and you have a good stable center point. He didn’t recommend work at this time, but will come back out and take readings when it in August when the ground dries up. Other companies gave me quotes for repairs that are likely overkill. We instead are adding gutters and French drains to help protect the foundation further. Then we will have Chris back out this summer to evaluate. Excellent customer service and prompt responses. This isn’t a company after your money and is here to legitimately provide exceptional service/repairs WHEN needed. 5/5 recommend. Thank you!

Everyone at this company was so great to work with. We had them foam under our driveway to raise up a sinking section. They communicated well, were on time, did a very detailed job. They also installed piers under our patio. They were complete professionals and very good at what they do. April was so great to work with. She kept me in the loop at all times. They were also very honest. A company like this with people like them are very hard to come by these days. Highly recommend!

Fortress Foundation Systems repaired our foundation by lifting it and installing steel piers. Raul was professional, always on site with his crew and always ready to patiently answer any questions that I had. They were on time, worked quickly and efficiently and left the area neat and ready for us to put in our new landscaping. Cathy was professional, heartfelt, easy to talk to and very transparent about any concerns we had throughout the entire process! Our home feels solid again and we couldn’t be happier! We called Foundation and they set up a free evaluation right away. Michael came out to our house and took generous time to review and take measurements, explain what he was seeing throughout the process, and provide a very honest recommendation on what to do going forward.
