Constraction reviews in Plano, Texas

Roberto always does a great job. He put a new roof on for us and it looks great! No matter what we need done or built we can trust Roberto.

RCR Construction, Roberto and team are true professionals.
The biggest thing about dealing with this company is they do what they say, when they say it, and with treated me like a valued customer.
I found them to be very reasonable in the price and considerate of my needs.
Overall, a great experience!

Robert is the kind of guy you want working on your roof. He did a thorough inspection and informed you exactly on what needed to be done and highlighted items overlooked on previous inspections. Start to finish, he was a professional. Veteran to Veteran, he had my back. Thank you for an excellent job.

I want to commend Roberto Ravelo from RCR Construction for the work he recently completed. I needed a grab bar installed in a guest bathroom that my father was using. Roberto was courteous, polite, and professional. He explained exactly what the process would entail. His crew member installed the grab bar where it was needed. He cleaned up and was on time for the job. Thank you RCR Construction for your outstanding work.

This is a great Company that I trust. Not only they do the work right , they are so responsive that even if you call them years later for any issue they respond right away. They replaced/repaired roofs of my three houses more than two years ago. Last month I needed a document from Mr. Roberto to give it to insurance for certifying the roof replacement. He responded to my request without any delay and I really appreciated it. I highly recommend this company.

We hired Roberto and his team to install gutters for our house and they did excellent work. They were able to fit our gutter installation request on short notice.
Roberto was very responsive to all messages and calls and offered very reasonable prices. They offer several other services that we will be definitely be considering hiring them for. I would definitely recommend hiring them for a guaranteed job well done. Thank you Roberto!

Roberto did an amazing job replacing our roof, as well as a few other remodeling projects. He was very responsive and kept me informed throughout the process. I highly recommend his services.

I had my roof replaced last month due to hail storm. I cannot say enough good things about RCR Roofing company. Roberto has replaced our roof in two houses in Frisco area. I needed a quick roof replacement in one of the house. The crew was on time and able to get everything done in a day.

Roberto was personally available though the entire process. He coordinated and explained everything in detail from start to finish. He sent me the pictures of the entire roof replacement process.

I would highly recommend them if anyone needs to replace their roof. It was a pleasure working with Roberto.

We recently contracted with RCR Construction to replace our roof after a hail storm. Roberto was such a pleasure to work with; he explained everything and gave options. He worked with the insurance company to make sure everything was completed properly. During the process, we also had Roberto build out our garage attic flooring and install pull down stairs. We plan to use Roberto for a few other projects. Workmanship is high quality and the crew are clean and quiet. Thank you Roberto for all that you do!

Muy profesional muchas gracias por hacer un buen trabajo. 100% recomendable

Please read full review. They start out good and then it turns into a nightmare. We have made payments ahead of schedule and no work for 4 months and excuse after excuse then blame me and my wife for the 4 month delay because we changed our mind and had to reorder windows which was not true they ordered wrong ones cause we gave Mark Jones changes before they started the work and he left the company 2 weeks after that and the changes were never put in plus I paid for a concrete slab that was never put in and was given poor excuse that the engineer eliminated it and never conferred with me then never got the money back for that and etc, etc,. Stay away from these people.I fired them and many city inspection failed faulty work no bracing of foundation to structure, electric wires had to be redone because of wrong wires for code and plumbing had to be redone and roof not supported properly. A total mess. I gave them the following review after 3 weeks when they started before the nightmare came. Mybwife and I are very impressed with the professional and kindness and knowledge we have experienced to this date from the very start of the process of building an extension on our house and new kitchen for my wife Betty. I met with Morgan West and Mark Jones 3 weeks ago at my house in Arlington Texas to start the process. I was very happy with how they presented themselves to me and was immediately relaxed by their personality and professionalism and knowledge explaining everything to me and also took time to get to know me and I them and felt no pressure and no cute sales pitch. I felt like part of their family. They are very committed to what you want and always open and understanding to changes we made during the planning and my wife selection process. We met with Morgan and Mark the following Saturday and I left it up to Morgan and my wife Betty to discuss the layout of the Kitchen. They got along very well and seemed to connect with each other like sisters. My wife said after we were done that Mogan was very knowledgeable but made sure it was what she wanted. I have the same experience with Mark. I have no doubt we made the best decision with Construction Nation. You won’t be disappointed hiring them. Every Employee and the Owner are Top and best in the Industry as far as I am very satisfied with this company. It all starts today as Mark comes out to measure and get started. I know without a doubt the best is yet to come. God Bless them all at Construction Nation. Wrote this 8 months ago. Now everything I said became a nightmare and stay away from this company. I am not the only one they did wrong too and I only want Justice. Lost a lot of monely and they don’t care to rectify it

These guys did a great job: on time and adhered to the budget. And the final result looks fantastic!

We had an outdoor kitchen built, and it turned out AMAZING! The crew was fast, clean, and nailed every detail. Now, we’re grilling and entertaining in style, couldn’t be happier!

The team built us a new deck, and it’s both sturdy and gorgeous. They worked quickly and left the yard spotless. Our backyard has never looked better!

Stop and go with a better company. These people are rip off specialists. They take as much money as they can get you to hand over, argue with you over materials you paid for, do shoddy work, and are trashy. I would be remise if I failed to mention how the project manager would argue over things even if she was holding the contract in her hand that proved what was correct and would not apologize afterwards only demanded more money to fix issues caused by her.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. The rating they have is a lie. They make fake accounts to have their ratings up! I have most of the customers phone numbers they have worked for and they are all upset on how horrible this business is! They work on jobs for almost a year. They will tell you the job will be done in several weeks or maybe a month but they take a year and BEG for you to pay them up front or in the middle of doing job! I have all the proof from multiple customers. They beg you to pay all the money up front cause they are in debt and need money for material and to pay workers. Mind you the workers never get paid when they are suppose to! This company is fraud! They don’t know how to do business, do not believe these reviews! They are all fake and lies! How do they have “good” reviews but been at a few places a whole year cause of how long they take on doing a job??? And the jobs are all screwed up!! It don’t make sense! Ask me how I know! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY PLEASE LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE!

I will report this company to the BBB & Texas Workforce Commission today!

I wanted a functional outdoor space, and the team delivered beyond my expectations. They constructed a beautiful wooden deck and added a stone patio with built-in seating. They also installed outdoor lighting, making the space perfect for entertaining.

As I have been searching different websites and projects who will be working on my home renovation. Yelp showed 3star. And on this site, everyone wrote a review exactly 4months ago??
Other websites, they actually show videos, testimony of people, how they started the project. How long did it take? When did it end. Handing over a lot of money to a construction company that really doesn't show a live project. It's not a company I will use. I write this because maybe they will have a better way showing true testimony. Everybody wrote four months ago, that's really odd? Yelp 3 star that's when I go by

Top-notch construction service! We needed an addition to our home, and this company delivered. They seamlessly integrated the new space with our existing home, from the foundation to the finishing touches. The entire project was handled professionally, and the craftsmanship is outstanding.

They designed the ideal area for me because I required a distinct home office. To make the space comfortable and useful, they installed new lighting, soundproofing, and custom storage. Because of the elegant and polished style, it's simple to remain concentrated and productive. It's just what I needed to efficiently work from home.

Building a new home felt overwhelming, but this team made the process enjoyable and exciting. They took our vague ideas and turned them into a stunning reality. Every inch of our house, from the open-concept kitchen to the high ceilings in the living room, was thoughtfully designed and impeccably constructed.
